Angelina did this one for all her Angels for Valentines Day two years ago. One of my many favorites. I have heard this song hundreds of times, but it has never touched me as deeply as this version.

So glad to have another of your reactions to Angelina Jordan, Judy! This is a great choice, because it shows another side of her many influences. I'm not sure I've yet heard anything from her repertoire that's so straight-up jazzy as this cover. It's wonderful, magical, technical.

This is the shop of Angelina's grandmother, the artist, who is Angelina's inspiration from a young age, she appears in several of Angelina's songs in the video clip or behind the scenes, always in the decisions and the selection of the songs.

My Funny Valentine^^^^^ This is my 165th time listening to this MASTERPIECE and each time I experience a new level of perfection by our ethereal prodigy extraordinaire, Angelina Jordan. When you listen to the A cappella portions of this performance at the very end of the song you are truly experiencing the genius of Angelina Jordan’s PERFECT PITCH. Sinatra, rest in peace Angelina Jordan, the Bare Foot Queen has taken the crown and there is nothing like her in the universe. When I first heard her perform this. I put it on pause and brought up Sinatra, Bublé, Streisand, Fitzgerald and Vaughan's version of this song to compare it to AJ version, and none of them moved me like this version. It is so hard to comprehend that Angelina from 7 to 16 is the greatest story telling being in my 76 years of experiencing great vocalist and I can't wait for the rest of the story. We are not only hearing it, but we are also feeling each word as though she were singing to each of us individually. She is the only one in this universe that is capable of making us feel the true emotion of this ballad. This is the most sensual rendition of this classic that I have ever heard. So much so, that her mom decided to overdub the vocals so that there would be separation from what people would have perceived it to be as something a sultry lounge singer was doing. This allows Angelina to come across as simply a beautiful teenage girl who is day dreaming as she meanders through an antique furnishings store.
