Regarding the brakes on the wagon, check the line to the master connection. A lot of people forget to tighten it.

It is the part needs a fixed (bolted/screwed) point to the frame, the hubs have 2 points and can fit because it misses the top/bottom is not fixed while checking the other arm. The steering has 2 bolts in the same part so needs one fixing first otherwise the logic errors. Its a game and could be made to follow read life but whats the fun about that that.

This game has 2 levels of bad parts. Totally black and rusty is junk. Light gray means the part is worn but still useable and will go bad soon. That is why the junk guy gives more money for worn out parts.
