That was a lovely treat Justin and a great reminder of how colourful our gardens will be again. Happy New Year to you and your mum and I hope that your channel continues to grow. Good to see that so many people enjoy watching your videos as much as I do.
What a wonderful journey it's been, well done Justin - and a privilege to have been witness to it, thank you for giving us a window into your beautiful world 🙏☺️🌷🌻🪻🪷🌱🐝🌲 Here's to the next year of hard work and breathtaking gardens!! 🥂🦚😄
💚 Justin what a lovely video A happy Garden is a magical retreat in my opinion.i would be going crazy all year if I didn't have my gardens to go wonder and create❤happy New years hopefully we will all have a great day garden season..
Thanks you Michael, you're right there, a garden is an expression of our souls and aspirations. I would too, they keep us sane and well - balanced if not tired, but happy tired!
Justin your garden is so beautiful. I love how you mix colors and textures. I live in America and I have problems with deer. It's so lovely to see all of the things you can grow that I can't due to the deer problem. Happy New Year to you and your mom. I look forward to seeing your garden in 2024.
Sorry about the deer, they are lovely creatures, we have quite a few around here but they live in the fields and stay away from the gardens, they'd not get into mine unless they could fly! Thank you for watching my videos, I'm glad they inspire you and keep watching there's going to be lots going on in 2024. Happy New Year to you too!
Happy Gardening New Year Justin to you and your Mum. Please show us all of the painting you did (behind your Christmas tree?) it looks very good!👀. Garden uplifting and gorgeous😊
Hi Lesley, I will do a video on my paintings and illustrations soon, the garden it off limits at the moment because of lots of building work/repairs so it's a good time for it!
I am so happy you shared that amazing beautiful garden with us. Here in Canada we are going through a winter drought and unbelievably warm temperatures. I fear my perennials will dry out and die. This morning I saw a huge number of geese heading north. Nature is a mess. I will have to be extra creative this summer as my son and his fiancee will be getting married in our garden. Your video inspired me and reminded me what joy I take from gardening. Please keep sharing with us. If you have any ideas for planting outdoor pots and guide us with your extraordinary skills in mixing colors and plants, that would be greatly appreciated. I am going back and watching all your content. Along with what looks like a dry summer I also have a shady garden. Thank God for impatiens and begonias! All the best in the coming year.
Thanks Barb, I will make a note of your comments and have a think about plants for shady places, mines becoming more shady so I'm always trying to find new plants to make it better. I agree, we need Impatiens and Begonias more than ever (fuchsias like it too!)
Thanks, and for your support across the different platforms, it's wonderful to have gardening friends. I hope 2024 is a productive and flower filled year for you!
I was mesmerised watching your video 😊 so beautifully done, & the different seasons, though we in Melbourne , southern part of Australia, don’t receive such extreme weather, except the summer heat, I’m already looking forward to our Autumn 🍂 greetings 🇦🇺😍
Thank you, I hope is nice in Melbourne at the moment, it is nearly Spring here so will that be your Autumn?! Very confusing, I bought some daffodils from New Zealand once, they flowered in our summer which was a novelty!
At this time of year (January) I'm craving the colours of flowers again. Happily there are a few plants flowering, violas, primroses, hellebores and Camellias.
It's a very dull time of year, the sun came out this morning which was lovely. I'm glad you have a few flowers at the moment, I try to have something in flower all year round, even if it is just one plant
Justin I have said it before and I’ll say again that you have such an amazingly beautiful garden. An artist with flowers! 😊 I think I have watched all of your videos to date and enjoyed every single one of them. I am still not entirely sure how your gorgeous garden fits together, seeing shots through the gate down the luscious path and then cutting to by your decking and the fun peacock. Would it be possible please to share a plan of your plot marking out Helen and other key features? Would just help me make better sense of it. Thank you for sharing.
Hi, Sorry I had meant to reply, I did take note about creating a plan and I think I will do that in a video soon so people can understand the space more easily, I don't often show how the areas connect because there are waste bins half way spoiling it, the magic of video editing! Thank you for the idea though I will certainly create something :-)
Hello Justin thank you for cheering me up on a cold wet Winters day. The gardens looked so beautiful and hopefully will be in 2024 again. Your garden always looks so tidy and neat. Here's to more great gardening, Happy New Year!
@@justinthegardener we are still thick mud and under a flood warning again. But I keep hoping it'll dry up and spring can begin. I'll need to seed grass for the first time this year.
