Sweet beautyfull collection about giallo. Good choices too and good quality... True the artwork is great. Once if you get deeper in this genre movies...it will never let you go anymore. There are such more to see and to find. The movie suspicious death of a minor has some parallels of the movie....dont torture a duckling....both are strong made with a deep message. The maker mario bava can not be forgotten here..... Check the movie black sunday aka mask of satan...barbara steel played a huge role... Check also blood and black lace...one of the most powerfull giallo by mario bava ever made. The period in italy 1962 untill around 1978 can be called roughly .....suspicious...in that period the best giallo was made. Giallo is more then movie...it reflects what happend in society and with people. The box what she showed is from label no shame...wich not exist anymore. Arrow made great editions especially the old editions with the giant poster. 😊😊😊😊😊

Id strongly recommend picking up the Forgotten Gialli sets that Vinegar Syndrome has been putting out. vol. 2 and 3 are the best and vol. 4 is the sleaziest of the collections. Forgotten Gialli vol. 5 is coming out in August. Your Vice Is A Locked Room and Only I Have The Key is one of my favorite giallos. It’s a take on Edgar Allen Poe’s The Black Cat and just a little from The Tall Tale Heart. Underrated giallos: The Pyjama Girl Case House With The Laughing Windows Case of the Bloody Iris (Edwige Fenech!) Seven Blood Stained Orchids What Have You Done to Solange? Excellent presentation with your giallo collection, as I enjoy seeing your enthusiasm on the genre & its masters. (You also look lovely, by the way) I've always been a huge fan on the giallo section myself since high school. Those are all solid titles you own from Argento & Martino that I've seen before. Deep Red being my favorite from Argento (neat to see Argento there) as well All the Colors of the Dark being my favorite from Martino (loving that shirt!), of course. The Red Queen Kills Seven Times is really good, too. Hard to choose between Fenech & Bouchet, yet I do love those "queens of giallo" very much though. I honestly need to make time in viewing I both The Strange Vice of Mrs. Wardth & The Night Evenlyn Came Out of the Grave since they've been on my "to-watch" list forever, speaking of the fact I personally being on "giallo mode" recently. That figurine for The Red Queen Kills Seven Times looks pretty awesome as well, very rare I don't see that being made anymore. I could go on forever discussing my passion & knowledge with the genre, I salute to these masters from Italy! (Do you like Fulci or Bava?) This was a fun watch. 😊
Nice collection. I had another tape blow up in my vcr last week and I've finally had enough. Went on the hunt for bluray sets and see the prices have come down compared to when bluray was new. Will be ripping and up converting all my tapes. Fingers and bones crossed
