Unfortunately the same thing happened to me as Hyra, they removed my supercell id from my email. I wish they would help me as quickly as they did and maybe since I am not someone known as Hyra, the support people did not help me and even though I gave them the necessary information They told me (Unfortunately you are not the owner of this account)…😢
And yes I was the culprit because I gave my email and the verification code to that person, and when I contacted the in-game support I was honest with them about how I lost the account and they only told me that unfortunately I was not the owner of that account… 😢💔
