It's actually for modesty. If you notice, there always a jacket, a pillow, something put over the girl/womens legs if she sits or lies down and has a shorter skirt on.
@@kittycatchen12 For TV telecast both were dubbed Fang Leng and Xiaoqi. It seems it's a trend there. Most of the artists are dubbed. However, I think Trencent released it without dubbing too.
