Sasuke has grown up without decent a role model. His reality has been shattered on many occasions giving him unmeasurable pain and PTSD. He was trained and guided by Orochimaru a psychopath that experiments on people. Without a moral person guiding him, it is not surprising that he chooses revenge being seduced by his worst impulses. He hasn't felt love and compassion since he left the village. I don't see him as an edgelord, to me an edgelord is edgy just for the sake of being edgy. His ''edginess'' comes from pain, hatred and his worldview being shattered on many occasions, his coldness and callousness can be mistaken for being edgy. His quote about killing your whole family wasn't meant to be edgy but to show his frustration with the fact that no one truly understands him because they haven't experienced loss to such an extreme degree.

there's actually a scene in like a game, filler, extra or something (idk where exactly lol) that shows the creation of the akatsuki, and how Orochi joined. In that scene, he sees the Rinnegan, flips his shit and immediately tries to get Pain's body but then gets absolutely demolished in like .05 seconds, so he joins in order to bide his time and wait for an opportunity to steal them instead lol.

Well, Orochimaru in a game actually Saw the Rinnegan, i believe it was when Pain was out there recruiting members, He ran into Orochimaru who when saw his eyes tried to steal it but then got his ass kicked and he decided to join the Akatsuki to keep a close eye on both Itachi and Maybe even Pain and the Organization itself.

At the end of the filler ark, there was a canon scene in which Pain defeats the 6th Tails jinchuriki to capture him. This episode starts with the sealing of that Tailed Beast. Also, the filler ark was about Naruto and the others getting to know the jinchuriki and becoming friends. They even made him a backstory, which makes sad the fact of him being captured at the end

Well, for some viewers it's easier to rationalize the actions of characters rather than empathize since their not going through the situation. Considering what Sasuke has been through as a child and the sudden revelation he received about Itachi and the Leaf Village, it's no surprise that his thinking has become warped.

Sasuke doesn't want to avenge the uchiha he want to avenge itachi this is very different Naruto want sasuke back to the village that kill all his clan his mother father uncle ecery single one And they made his brother suffer that burden If sasuke did not know the truth he would return to the village as normal but after that he realized the real enemy was not itachi it was the elders and the village So he will do everything to kill them just like he did everything to kill itachi If sasuke did really want only destruction he would fight all the 5 villages not only the leaf village We know what happened in the future but it was because others was in his way even sasuke said that don't interfere with my vengeance or i will kill you that why he fought the five kages in the first place

I think the purpose behind Itachi meeting up with Naruto was so he could find someone to look after Sasuke once he died. He was probably aware that Madara would tell Sasuke the truth about his life, which would sway Sasuke's feelings towards the Leaf Village.

Carson and Lindsay, Sasuke isn’t using logic at this point. He was consumed by hatred before all of this, then to find out he was living a lie his entire life. On top of the fact that Itachi had to endure and suffer a tragic fate. All of Itachis pain has been transferred to Itachi. When he says those things about the village he isn’t being logical, he’s acting out of pure emotion. That type of trauma could obliterate someone’s mental state. I don’t agree with Sasukes words, but his actions aren’t completely out in left field.

Well Itachi did it on order, madara on his hate. He was going to wage war on village and uchiha's regardless. And one thing I want to say uchichas might had been plotting something but they didn't did the crime yet so they're still innocent. So regardless of how noble your motives are you can't get away from the reaction of karma. So Itachi suffered his whole life and tobi eventually did too.... I am not saying they are bad person.. but if you put your hand on fire you have to bear the burnt...

True but there's a difference between having the people close to you get killed by enemies than get killed by your own brother that you loved dearly. I've never seen this channel before,but i arrived here from the persona reaction from 3 months ago, All i can is that the guy in that 3months old vid really looked out of drake&josh,now he looks more drained for sure,maybe sleep more? I'll disagree with the whole "Sasuke's reasons" things. (Btw, sorry for the text-wall) Sasuke thinks Itachi was brainwashed into loving his village. His whole childhood was spent with his family, isolated from everyone else. Even after his family was killed, he kept himself distant from other people. I think it's safe to assume he doesn't really understand how much people from a village can love each other. Sasuke, who loved and admired his brother, thinks he became a terrible villain. To the point where he uses Itachi as a parameter of what is evil. He kills Orochimaru precisely because he hates how similar he feels they are. Then, right after he achieves his goal, his whole reality is shatered. He still thinks Itachi's actions were bad, but he doesn't blame him anymore. He feels the same hatred for the village that he felt for Itachi. The "If someone critics me, I'll kill everyone they love" isn't meant to be an edgy phrase. He means that "if someone wants to talk shit about me, they should experience all I suffered first". He means that people calling him out don't have the right to do so, because they didn't feel the same pain. It ties into Pain's themes a lot, actually, about how "you can only understand someone if you understand their pain".

in terms of age, Jiraiya is a boy to Lord Fukasaku. He's over 800 years old. With Great Lord Elder (Gamamura) being at least 1,100-1,200 years old. Though, the "boy" is mostly an honorific of his standing to Lord Fukasaku. He's his superior both in age, title and experience.
