In honour of my birthday I wanted to face all my biggest fears head on! My girlfriend and my sister planned an entire fear factor day for me with a series of challenges that involve snakes, bugs, ghosts and heights...

They did say personal/life, not necessarily normal! Personally I think the main point is that they're sharing more vulnerable/family life and that's something a lot of people love to see (and for some, this may be an only time to see/experience that). @@MuscularMontel

That's funny, but voluntary exposure is the only way to get rid of fears and trauma's.

I just watched the 100k steps walking challenge that you did over a year ago, great video. You should try the finnish green beret military march as a challenge. It's 80km in 30h with 40kg worth of equipment. Furthermore, at least 10km of the march is done running and 20km is done with at least an additional 10kg held in the hands. Then there is usually roughly 10km of the march which is done whilst wearing a gas mask. In the finnish military it's a huge honor to finnish the "beret march"

Fun fact: Mealworms "take-up" their flavor by what you are feeding them! A diet rich in cereals (sugar cereals too) makes mealworms taste very SWEET. I've been breeding and eating them for years! It's a right of passage at my home !
