I’m new to this natural hair process and you’ve provided food for my soul regarding being patient during this process. I struggle with my hair because for decades I wore my hair relaxed. I love your videos and words of encouragement. I always use my hair wash day as a spa day for my body. I take a nice shower,play some music,and pull out one of my body scrubs and body butters. This spa day I used Tree Hut Pineapple Body Scrub and moisturized my body with Tree Hut Coco Colada Body Butter. For wash day, I used Honey’s Handmade products. So,so rejuvenating.
Beautiful hair. My favorite deep conditioners are Miche deep conditioner and Shea moisture honey masque, or the TGIN repair x deep conditioner. The best. Still want to try Pattern beauty but for now I'm good.
I’ve always loved art ever since I was a young girl, coloring, painting, drawing etc. I started painting in 2017 I went to a local painting class and fell in love! It brought me a lot of peace and healing at the time. I’m picking it back up now because it’s very relaxing. My advice would be to go for it!!! You never know how creative you are until you take the step and try. I would look up a local painting class in your area, try it that way 1st so you would know what supplies to buy after you attend the class and to get a true feel for it just in case you want to start painting at home. There are plenty of RU-vid videos on acrylic and oil paintings as well. ♥️
