awesome patch, the C4 is one of the most complex pedals out there and can really make some great tones, but it's not a one knob and you are done undertaking. Will totally be downloading that, sounds super useful.

You need to use the setting around 1:10 to play the Jazz Jackrabbit 2 main theme :)

Hi Huw, love the presets you tweeked on this vid. The 3 songs you demoed are literally in my wedding band’s set….what the crowd wants eh? I was curious to know what the tracking is like and where abouts on your board you place it? I run a board with a Super Bass Rig at the end, straight into the PA, some effects I use really push the gain and imagine this will pedal probably slam it.

Thanks Nik! I have the C4 second in the chain, after my compressor. Tracking is good, but takes some getting used to - you have to play *very* cleanly.

What expression pedal are you using? I’ve been so disappointed by synths in the past, have you used it live? Does it hold up at high volume? Thx, great demo!

I use the Source Audio one, so it works seamlessly. I use it live all the time and it sounds incredible.

Great sound! I was wondering how you control two parameters at the same time! Im using an expression pedal in my HX stomp that sends a midi message, but then I seem to be able to control just one parameter at a time!

I’m selecting which parameters to control using the section at the bottom of the editor. Not sure if that gets to the same end result as the expression pedal connected to the HX though! My expression pedal is connected to the C4 directly, so I don’t have experience of using one via another pedal.

Hello Sir, you've mentioned this unit can work with expression pedal. Does this have to be a source audio expresion pedal, or can thst be any other brand. Which input does it work with? Sorry if my question sound silly, haven't ever had a unit that didn't have an expression already built into it, so i'm a bit lost in the woods here.

Hiya, that’s a perfectly normal question! I have the source audio one, but I’m pretty sure other ones will work. The native one can work with the mini jack, but I think there is a TRS (1/4”) input that’ll work too.

@@HuwFoster Molto Grazie, now it's a matter of turning GAS into an actual purchase. Hope i find a good bargain on used one. On it's own this thing seems to be great, but adding the expression pedal takes it to the next level ( of awesomeness)

What kind of expression pedal are you using? Does it have to be source audio's own? I've got a Dod mini expression and it doesn't appear to be syncing with either the pedal, or the hub.

I’m using the native one, but I’m sure other ones will work! Afraid I don’t know how to connect them though, but a Google will probably get you somewhere.

@@HuwFoster all good, so you need a 1/8" TRS to male RCA cable and a 1/4" TRS to female RCA cable to connect to 3rd party expression pedals. That's what the website says. Thanks for getting back!

How is the tracking? Example can be the band "Pendulum" or "the prodigy", can this pedal track fast and precise enough for that music?

With all synth pedals, there's a bit of adjustment for tracking and timing, but it's the best I've experienced in a digital pedal. A band I play in does a drum & bass medley and it's a joy to play with the C4.

@@NicoPezzotti712 I would say the cleanliness of playing is something to consider with any synth pedal, so I often have a different frame of mind when using one.

I can’t figure out how my shit just never sounds like this. I have the same shit set the same and it’s awful. I’m thinking maybe this eden wtx is just trash
