😂😂😂😂, why yall complaining. My class, 2020, we didn't even get to walk across the stage. We graduated virtually on cable tv with our yearbook pictures diaplayed .
@@unknown5995i also graduated in 2020, and it sucked, but that sucks too. I just had to sit in a car for 3 hours 💀 it wouldn’t have been so bad if my siblings weren’t complaining the whole time. I was just bummed no senior night 🤷🏻♀️ all the hard work and no recognition
As someone also in the class of 2023, and who did their last walk today with a bunch of other seniors wearing their caps and gowns...just wanna let you know that we ALL look stupid and weird in the grad fit, so don't worry, you'll be in plenty of company
At my graduation we literally all had to wear the same boring blue robes and they were so expensive for no reason. They weren’t flattering on anyone either. They also checked to make sure everyone had a “school appropriate” outfit underneath the robes or they wouldn’t let you walk at graduation. We couldn’t even wear open-toe shoes of any kind, it was so hot out though. Like what??

Girl, corsets fix EVERYTHING. Buy a pink corset and have the delivery sped up so it gets to you in time, your gown will make you look like a queen with it
I had red and I got to decorate my cap I literally made a little duck pond on my cap with little glow in the dark miny resin ducks and the principal thought it was cute but I'm home schooled or was I just graduated today haha but I'm sorry you can't decorate yours that sucks :(

We had a big dress code at my HS. The men HAD to wear a tie/bow tie, no jeans, had to wear slacks with a white collar shirt, and no street shoes, only dress shoes. Then for the girls you could only wear a dress, skirt with nice shirt, or nice slacks with nice shirt, with dress shoes only. No decorated caps, the school only allows certain sashes and cords. You can’t buy some random ones, they have to be approved by the superintendent. For us the only things was the Valedictorian sash with cords, National Honors Society Collar, and cords if you record concurrent honors from the college (this one almost didn’t get approved). My school takes a lot of pride in things so it becomes strict in graduations and what not. But I so wish we could have decorated our caps! (This was a public school and my class size was 36)
No one in the history of graduations has looked cute or sexy in their gown. That’s why you unzip it after and have a cute dress or outfit underneath it. Congratulations!!

Mine's was red but I like the color red anyways though, the tassel was red and silver, kept getting in my mouth though before and during my graduation last Sunday XD.
Lol most graduation dresses look basically the same except color and material but I think it's cute I wish I could pick my color I just had to deal with red also I hated it at 1st then I actually started to love it I just graduate this morning lol also didn't realize till now you are graduating same year as me
if you connect the cap to headband it makes photos look better if thats what youre worried about and then you could tighten the gown on like wherever you want too
You should do that headband trick with the cap! It’s superior!!! You take a headband attachment with a base and glue it on the inside of the cap with the sides folded. It’ll look amazing!!!❤
At least you got to graduate. I was a credit short and didn’t finish school until the WEEK AFTER. My choir was singing at it and I wasn’t going to miss my last performance with them ever
I just graduated a week ago and I'll tell you that this is the exact reaction I had 😭 the gown doesn't matter though you have it on for maybe an hour or so and then you can burn it ❤️
