Hello! Today I baked homemade bread. An old German recipe. It's quick and easy. How to make bread in 5 minutes. I don't buy bread anymore. This recipe is 100 years old. These are my practical recipes. How to cook?
Recipe for white bread:
250 ml of warm milk.
3 tablespoons of sugar.
7 grams of dry yeast.
Mix well.

420-450 grams of wheat flour.
Sift through a sieve.

En la segunda receta agregó dos cucharadas de azúcar, 500 gs de harina... pregunto, volvió agregar una cucharadita de azúcar nuevamente? O era una cucharaditas de sal? Gracias saludos desde Venezuela.

I am from Seoul, Korea. In your recipe how much flour do you need? First you use 400~450g flour, and you seems to use additional flour. What is the total flour quantity, in other words how much you use for additional flour?

Why do you always cake the top of every bread with flour? Getting a mouthful of raw flour is very unpleasant & can ruin a great bread recipe-in my opinion.

Cela ne s appelle pas du pain,mais du pain au lait,la brioche c'est avec du beurre, le pain c est du sel de la levure et de l eau de la farine. Appellont un chat un chat.
