Love pregame rituals. Bugs me that you don't do all the packing the night before, searching for headphones etc would totally take me out of the prep, but that was my routine. Do you do it this way to avoid having too much empty time on the day itself?

First count your calories, learn your macros, than if you are low in protein, and can't eat anymore meat, drink protein shakes, otherwise you'll have 0 benefit from it.
