Yes, Hung! The more skincare, the better, before makeup. I use all my skincare (which is multiple serums, face mists, eye creams, moisturizer, spf), let it absorb, then go in with moisturizing primers/oils, then apply makeup. My skin is so plump and youthful after, and it makes my makeup sink into my skin more effectively.

My skin is tanned , so I am glad I found a similar shade yo mine. That's the look I had in mind. Hopefully when I try it gets close to what you did
