In my 2024 gym routine, I've revamped my approach, beginning with protein supplements to fuel my workouts. Mornings start with a hearty shake, blending whey and casein for sustained energy. Workouts now alternate between strength training and cardio, focusing on compound movements for efficiency. Mondays and Thursdays are dedicated to upper body, utilizing resistance bands and free weights. Tuesdays and Fridays center on lower body, incorporating squats and deadlifts for power. Wednesdays and Saturdays are cardio-intensive, with HIIT sessions or cycling. Sundays are restorative, embracing yoga and stretching. Hydration and nutrition remain paramount, ensuring optimal recovery and progress.
