Yes both men and women can use it, the clay has good benefits for hair and skin. It strengthens hair follicles, minimizes breakage and adds shine. Also remove toxins from daily hair chemicals. Hope you try it!! 👍🏾

Anyone can! It's great for all skin and hair types, too. I mix with Rhassoul clay for my straight hair, but clay is my way, head to toe.

I’ve been using bentonite clay for nearly two decades and have NEVER thought to use it on my pits! Learn something new everyday. I’ll definitely do my pits my next go around! Thank you.❤

Wow, do you use a THICK mix! Personally, I prefer mine much thinner, but what works for you is what works!

Yeah! The mixture was thick thick. I’ll make it a bit thinner next time but didn’t want it to runny.

Hi there, no it’s not the main purpose, it detoxifies your armpits from toxins including Aluminum and other compounds from things in your deodorant (if it contains aluminum).
