I also melted one of my ear pods, it fell out of my ear taking my helmet off and landed right in a crack up against the BURNING HOT exhaust. I burned my finger getting it out... Today was fun.

No lies, the coffee was great, the short motorcycle ride was refreshing, and it was a beautiful day with a yummy topper of self-care sprinkled in. The good and bad are intertwined, which do you fixate on? I tend to find myself falling into a negative narrative, especially during this time of the month. But I am conscious and put effort into redirecting my train of thought, onto something that will bring me peace. I don't go down easy, but when I do. I get up, time and time again.
