I have chronic migraine and I have migraine most of the days in a week. AND today when I wake up, IM AWAKE AND IM ALIVE AND MY HEAD DOESNT EVEN HURT. So so thankful for a few days or hours of relief

Peter thats so true!! I'm chronically ill n live in 24/7/365 severe pain n I can def tell you esp on those horrible pain is off the chart days, that the presence of someone means more than words can say! I had one of my worst flairs last week and although my hubby couldn't take the pain away or my illnesses, his being there, holding my hand, and just being present meant the world to me and helped get me through it!! And you know I think it goes both ways too. For those who are chronically ill and we may feel like our lives have no purpose esp when we are in bed a lot, we can be there for others! That act of listening and being present(in real life or even online) can make a huge difference!! And we can do it frm our beds, for 5 min here or 20 min there, whatever were able. Spot on Peter! Thanks for sharing!!

My head been hurting for days on end.... Blood pressure has been running 160/90 the lowest and 173/96 the highest for the past 3 days so I really think that's the reason for me head hurting.... Yes I call my doctor...

I very seldom get headaches..but TODAY......I felt your pain Mary!!!!! For 12 hours my pain didnt go away...no words to describe the pain...so I am so happy you felt better today... there will be better days and awful days.. most of them bad days..but Mary and Peter...we re going through this TOGETHER..untill the end... I also have severe tinitus and severe chronic urticaria and every day is a struggle.. today I watched so many of your videos from behind..I drink my coffee, my tea, my water with you. I feel like I m not alobe anymore...this is magic......if you two people are not sent by God..than I m not saying anything. GOD BLESS YOU!!!! Thank you soooo MUCH for existing!

I'm in terrible nerve pain today. My Lyme disease causes terrible nerve pain and my arm has been hurting ALL DAY, I've been crying all night (it's 03:30 am right now here in the Netherlands)... 😓😓 Nothing helps... 😫

Late reply. Haven’t been able to watch for a while. But.. Oh filling those medicine boxes looks so familiar! I always have a ‘little’ box of meds for 2 days all mixed up, (no time compartments) in my bag, in case I forget my meds when I go somewhere (hardly happens, but just in case). But I hate filling my medicine boxes, I always procrastinate it when I do not have to go somewhere and first use the meds of that ‘little’ box. Which is pretty full. Medication for 2 days including emergency meds in case of intensifying pain/cramps (worst things of my diseases 24/7). Do you recognize (wanting to) procrastinate filling up your medicine boxes each week again? I am glad your horrible headache is gone. Now going to watch the rest of the vlogs to see how you are doing up until today! Sending love, health and prayers! You are beautiful human beings! Bless you both!

i have a small headache ( i rarely get headaches) i think this is because i was on the college computers and the screen is so much brighter than my laptop. and i am having a seizure sort of day(you know that type of day) i do not think it is related to the computer issue.

Thankful that vehicles are equipped with plugins for my portable oxygen tank, so I can travel without worry and feel a part of the outside world! Thankful for daughters that encourage, make me laugh, and walk beside me at my slower Walker pace.

May be the rain is a clue, did your headache feel like you had a tight band around your head? If it did, then you might be sensitive to barometric changes before storms.the only thing that helps those headaches is prescription muscle relaxers. Can't think of the one I take, it's an old one. No side effects. Anyhow...hope you figure it out. Of course, I bet it went away because a bunch of us prayed for you. God bless you. Tomi

I totally agree with you, Peter. Most of the time it is healing just to have someone you love show up. Even when there is nothing more they can do but hold your hand. As a single woman whose kids don't want anything to do with me, it is a struggle every single day to just get out of bed. Hurting is easier to handle when one other person says "I hear your pain. I care enough to be here with you." Not essentially in words but in the act itself. Mary, I am so glad your headache went away. My headache is hanging around again today. You always approach everything is such a positive, light hearted way. I try to be that way too but it comes so honestly from you. Thanks for being willing to share so much of your life ups and downs with us. Have you ever thought about including some of your bible study groups with us? It sounds like a very inspiring, thought provoking set of people. Just a thought! Peace, Love and Light!

I am grateful for my newest great grand child. She is my 3rd. Her grand father/my son went to heaven when her mom was 12. Lupus was the cause..we had 13 years to get ready, but still miss him especially at times like this. Watching you helps me somehow. Hugs again today.

I feel like the day after a migraine you have to take it super slow or it comes back...my doctor calls it a “migraine hangover.” It is terrible.

Mary, I am thankful for you. My heart cried as I watched yesterday’s blog. Midst all that pain you found the courage to share with others so they won’t be alone in their pain. And faithful Peter you were a witness with the pain that was yours too since it was Mary’s. Peter, I’m also a pastor & I have learned over the years the power of presence. Mary I just got into Spirographing and omg it's so fun and relaxing!! I throw something on YT or Netflix and just spirograph! ☺ If you look up spirograph art you'll see lots of pretty ideas and I found Zentangle when I was looking. I don't do this yet but I know you're so artistic and thought u might like these things too! ☺ if you do decide to spirograph I love Papermate Ink Joy Gel pens!!! They are my fav! I do want to get some fine liner markers to color though! ☺

so my mom was dealing with these bad back pains and headaches for like 3 weeks and every morning for 1 week after she got better I would sing " Your awake, Your alive , and your head doesnt even hurt" and she wanted to know where I had heard that from so I told her and she said that if she had time to watch youtube she would watch yall

Yesterday was very hard to watch hated seeing Mary in so much pain, but also I'm glad that as hard as it is to show that raw footage it is needed so thank you, Mary is so strong and positive I think sometimes its easy for those of us that are not living with CF or a CF person in our life to forget how hard the disease is to live with. I'm so thankful today was a good day for you.

that timing is crazy how they were calling you about a headache specialist the day after a bad headache. I get headaches daily and have chronic migraines. I've never even heard of a headache specialist.
