This really inspire me this morning. Instead of sleeping in for an extra 30mins. I went for a walk and enjoyed the sounds of peacefulness and stillness. Then came home and made breakfast. This is exactly what I needed. Thank you for leading by example.
Your hair on the intro is so cute! I agree with your statement about making your bed in the mornings. I'm actually working on a better night and morning routine so this was definitely inspirational 💚
@@EdynLovesLife I'd love to see your night routine! When I wfh at 8 , I aim to get up around 6:30. That gives me time to make my bed, walk my dogs and get them set for the day, look like a person, and have breakfast in peace. I want to get up earlier so I can have time for yoga or a quick workout. Getting up earlier is harder when my nights feel all over the place though. I think I struggle with nights bc I tend to get ready for bed based on when I start feeling tired vs preparing for it if that makes sense. It also doesn't help that melatonin is hit or miss.

Thanks for your inspiration! I need to start a routine and stick to it! I also think it will motivate me to start working on my health and wellness! If it becomes routine it will become a habit and I won't say I'll do it tomorrow!!

Hi! Edyn sorry if you have mentioned it before but what brand of water filter do you use? :) i am pretty sure the machine at 5:01 is a water filtering machine of some sort but yea sorry, my husband and i really wanted to get something along that line but what would you recommend?..as far as what i know water filters are not super common in my country so i am very sorry if i come off ignorant :/..i guess i just wanted your opinion thanks ahead of time!
So my machine is actually just a Primo Water dispenser. I have five gallon containers that I fill with filtered water at the grocery store and the machine will dispense it either hot or cold! Thank you for asking!
