I want to tell cambria about an app called headspace. It's meditation but it walks you through the whole thing. It helps me sooo much and clears my head. I really think cambria could benefit from this app and it seems like something she'd love! Like so cambria can see and try it out

TESTIMONY FROM THURSDAY EMAIL I love your emails and always look forward to being edified by them. Today I am completing day 8 of the brain detox from Dr caroline leaf (christian neuroscientist), it has already been life changing since I suffer with low self esteem and body image issues from when I can remember. Anyway long story short in thursday's morning routine from the detox, the holy spirit spoke to me that the root of all these problems I have been having are due to Fear and he instructed me to fill myself with empowering scripture. Then when I get to work I got to read your email 😭 and it just felt like all was in tune!
