My Healthy Plate is a friendly, easy-to-understand visual tool designed by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) specifically for Singaporeans. We can use My Healthy Plate to teach our kids about nutritious food groups and to remember and practice healthy habits that can aid with weight control and protect against chronic diseases. Enjoy!
