Great Goodwill shopping spree. I was a single parent of twins and virtually everything we owned came from Goodwill. Now that my daughters are on their own, they thank me for teaching them how to live on the cheap. When they visit me in Southern California, they don't want to go to Disneyland, they want to go to the Goodwill that has $2oo jeans for $10. Last time, one of them left with 8 pairs of designer jeans.

I admire your tenacity! The most I can handle is an hour at the outlet store, trying not to get trampled by the masses when they roll out the new bins. Your brand knowledge is so impressive! While I occasionally pick up something special that many others have overlooked, I do wonder how many treasures I pass by because I just don't know the brands. Candidly, that's one of the main reasons I started following your channel, to get edumacated.

I get anxiety in malls, busy stores, I cried at Macys once & security had to help me get out bc it was so busy and I’m pretty sure they designed that place so is almost impossible to find the exit 🤣

Aren’t you ever afraid of bed bugs? We had bed bugs a year ago. I don’t know where they came from but it was so stressful getting rid of them. I’m now very cautious coming home with clothes from thrift store or yard sale.

This is exactly how my first bins trip went! No carts, didn't bring a bag. I was sweating carrying a 10 lb pile in my arms that went all the way up to the top of my head 😂

Ugh. I’m so torn in this. I LOVE Chick Fi La. I had to give it up though. I’ve cheated a few times, but I can’t support their politics. The owner supports MULTIPLE anti-gay legislators and programs. In the end, my desire for equality and basic human rights made me stop eating there often. I LOVE their food, and I almost feel like most people don’t know (or worse) don’t care. We all do what we can and we can’t do everything, but I feel like at least being informed is something we need more of. So I hope you might rethink the Chick Fi La sometimes if it weighs on you. Not virtue signaling at all. I still cave and have it once a year or so, but I don’t go there every week like I did before. At least that’s something. Just be informed and know what your money is going to and supporting at the end of the day. We have power with our dollars and we decide who to give that support to.

I do thrift with me videos at the bins on my channel ALL THE TIME! I wish I would’ve known you were going. I could’ve shown you the ropes. 😁 I’d be happy to go and meet you anytime. I’m in South Jordan. I’ve found lots of high end items there, and it’s one of my favorite (and cheapest) places to source! I also have a video on my channel of when they gave me a tour of the back room at the bins and I learned all about where everything comes from and where it goes after. It’s SUPER educational! Thanks for the video. I love seeing what other resellers find.

I feel ya on the finding-a-cart anxiety!! There are never any carts at my bins, and I end up having to stalk people when they are checking out and ask if I could have their cart. It's miserable to try and shop without one!

I always call Lululemon ‘Linda Belcher’ because the logo looks like her hair 🤪 so when your husband said that it looked like a woman’s head I laughed out loud! I feel you on the cart anxiety at the bins, it’s always a struggle!

That’s Odd there’s always people at my Bins that bring IKEA bags. But a great pro tip to use the next time you go is to just take one of the totes from out of the bins and put your items inside of that then when your ready to check out just say your not purchasing the tote or bag you used to carry the items you were gonna buy . You could even offer to put it back in a random bin .

This is the location I go to. You can bring the ikea bag in there they don't mind. You forsure have to be there at open for a cart. Saturdays have been chill first thing in the morning.:)

Wow, can't believe that skirt. I had that same skirt in the late 70s except no buttons. Makes me cry everytime vintage pops up that I used to own. To bad we can't see into the fashion future. Every second I’m at the bins my brain is just constantly deciding between two different options, both equally as stressful 🤣🤣 I totally related to the beginning part lol. I love all of your content but especially enjoyed this video!

So jealous of your bins! I went to the ones in NYC (Queens) a couple times a few years ago. It's insane. There is a professional group of about 30 people that come daily with big black garbage bags they just fill with everything that fits in it without looking, and run it to the walls where they have partners who go thru it while they run back and grab another bag full. People will scream and swear, and pull things out of your hands. The shoes are not in pairs, and one shoe can be in a bin 50 feet from it's mate. You have to line up behind a rope and they let you loose every two hours when new bins come out. There are at least 15 people crowded around each bin and sometimes a line to even get inside the building. Your only chance of getting anything good is if it's a brand nobody has heard of. And I'd come home and my clothes and shoes would be covered in black dust. I've heard its still the same now. I still sometimes wanna go back though! LOL
