Seen a lot worst. Once saw a lad do 360 and he crashed I saw his legs at the waist bend the wrong way about 100 plus degrees. He broke his pelvis and legs plus snapped must of his tendons an in both sartorius :( he was in the hospital for months and in a wheelchair if over a year. He is still on the mend today.

Never hit "ball" park features. Ever. I am a beginner and love boardsliding beginner rails and stuff, and have came up with strategies to never get injured on them. Ball features on the other hand, there is no direct strategy to hitting those. Too fucking risky man
