We're back with more My Hero Academia characters in the world of Pokémon, but this time, you'll be facing off against them as gym leaders. We thought Todoroki, Mina, Iida, and some others would make formidable gym leaders for your Pokemon trainer. Special thanks to our buddy Link Cable for helping us out with this one! So we had My Hero Academia characters in the pokemon world as trainers but, now we are going back to explore what My Hero Academia character as gym leaders would be like. We wanted to see what character would be great as leader of a gym and what type of badge you would get if you defeated them in battle. So let's see what MHA characters like Iida, Mina, Todoroki, and more would be like if they ran a pokemon gym.

@TheTitanicShipper not quite. In USUM at least, Common Pokemon (ex. Litten, Dewpider) have blue background for their picture and number. Uncommon Pokemon (ex. Poipole, the UBs) have green backgrounds, while Legendaries have gold backgrounds. UBs are considered Uncommon, not Ultra Rare/Legendary.

The elite 4 would be: -Allmight, Fighting type -Aizawa, Dark/ghost? -Present Mic, Irdk honestly xd -Endeavour, Fire (duh) And the champion... -Nezu!! Idk what his type would be but it makes sense. Hope you like my suggestions!

Ooh wait, hear me out: Aizawa is a normal-type trainer since his quirk cancels other people's quirks - leveling the playing field and negating special abilities And all his pokemon would know Disable, of course I love Nezu as the champ :) great curveball

I agree with Sandwichy, Aizawa as a normal type trainer. But then I would have Present mic be an electric trainer who throws you a curve ball at the end with an mixed attacking Exploud with boomburst and thunder fang. And Nezu would be a dual specialist in psychic and dark. psychic because of his quirk (which grants him superhuman intelligence) and dark because of the way he gets kinda crazy and cackles when he gets excited.

@@sheria447 Dabi was more prominent then Toga and Twice but Toga and Twice have a pretty good friendship so now I'd say they are all equal,maybe with Dabi slightly behind in prominence now. If I had to choose I would say Dabi as James,Toga as Jessie,Muscular as Meowth and after what happened to All For One,Tomura as Giovanni and Twice as Persian.

my personal picks for the gym leaders 1. Aoyama - fairy type - we can guarantee no strategy was used in the making of this pokemon team 2. Tsu - bug type - she may want to eat her pokemon but she uses em like a champ 3. Ashido - poison type - how she got an ultra beast? Ashido is how 4. Hagakure - ghost type - her sprite is just a floating pokeball 5. Iida - steel type - probably would help you with strategy mid fight 6. Tokoyami - dark type - his gym is basically his room in the dorms 7. Todoroki - Ice/fire type - may not use his fire much but they are his pokemon aren't they 8. Wild Wild Pussycats - ground/psychic/fighting - *while fighting you hear ragdoll cheering from the cafe*

I don’t even play Pokémon games, but I decided to start applying their “Typing” system to My Hero characters and Jojo Stands with my school friends. A couple of these line up exactly between our list and this video, like Iida’s first Pokémon here. Nice job guys!

Ooh! Idea! You mention that Mega Blaziken looks similar to Endeavor, but Tepigs' final evolution, Emboar, certainly takes the cake there. So what if Shoto actually owned an Emboar that he refused to use due to it being such a painful reminder of his father. For example, Shoto could have been given a Tepig by his father at a young age, which, due to brutal training session, is very unstable (mentally) and hella strong. While Shoto would most likely be able to control it during battle, it would probably be very likely for it to randomly go berserk at times, especially when he first started using it after his rebel stage (while Shoto was effectively able to use his fire during the sports festival, he did have trouble controlling it to it's fullest extent) And perhaps, his reasoning to bring this wild pokemon once more was a young travelling trainer strong in both battle and heart, who brought Shoto to use it at the last second as "it's your pokemon, not his!"

Technically you need to be 10 to get a trainer card, which signifies you’re able to fight in gyms. No youngsters are getting gym badges, but of course they’re able to have Pokémon as pets and companions.

For a small background of Tenya Iida as a Pokemon Gym Leader, his older brother, Tensei, was previously a gym leader, but had to retire from an injury he received from a villain that attacked Trainers and their Pokemon. Tensei asked Tenya to take the position as Gym Leader for him and also gave the Lucarionite for Tenya’s Lucario.

Todoroki made me want a new Pokémon game Pokémon duality Instead of having 2 games like Red and Blue it's one whole game It has 2 legendaries to catch before the Elite 4. You have 2 rivals so all starters are picked. And the gym leaders have 2 types.

I remember having a very hard time with Whitney (milltank obvi) and a fight with a team that had a purugly in Pokemon ranger and both of them were hard (I mean HARD) So I caught both of them in a few Pokemon games and put them into my team via Pokemon bank and I had a rowlet a purugly and a milltank I was hitting hard and it was fun then I couldn't beat marowak and I gave up bc I tried for like 3 weeks to defeat it so ye

Kirishima must be a MANLY elite 4 trainer, with an OP arsenal of a dusk (or midnight) lycanroc due to it's rugged looks, a shiny Sandslash (due to it strikingly looking like kirishima), Blaziken, A mega Lucario (his ace) due to it looking like red riot, and it being a total badass, and an additional Garchomp! Next, I think shinsou should be here. He'd have some cat related pokemon on his team due to him being around Shota aizawa (and due to shota liking cats. Kind of a reference there, ay?) I think an espeon would be pretty cool, and it could relate to his mind control powers. He then could have an absol, due it being misunderstood for making disasters, yet It tells people when there is danger. This could relate to people thinking that shinsou would have a better quirk for a villian, not a hero. This could also let shinsou have a Mimikyu for the same reason, also, due to mimikyu being a ghost type, a little bit relation to shinsou's quirk. Crobat can be a part of his team, so shinsou could give it max friendship to evolve. And then he'd have a male or female meowstic. I might update this for the other two (and elite 4 leader) if I get enough likes! These are just my silly recommendations , I hope people like em'!

I can see the elite four all being pros, grass type kamui woods, dark type ereaserhead, normal type present mic, fire type endeavor, and fighting type champion all might.
