My Hero Academia is such a fantastic anime. Everyone having different "Quirks" or abilities and using them to create their own superhero origin story... So great. And this game was a lot of fun. Glad ya'll finally reacted to it

So Suneater, the guy who morphed into octopus and clams, actually has the power to morph parts of his body into forms if things that he eats. So in that case, oysters and calamari. He’s pretty cool

MHA's whole story is that roughly 80% of the world has a super power (or quirk) of some kind, and because of that 'hero' is an official job title you can go to school for. Most of the characters in the show are students at UA Academy, the best hero school in japan. (Either that, or their villains) I'll list their quirks below, and highly recomend you watch the anime! Mirio Togata (Hero Name--Lemillion): Mirio's quirk is 'Permeation' which allows him to phase his body (or certain parts of it) though solid matter. He can use this the great effect, including using it to give himself super speed by becoming tangible again while in the ground, causing what he himselfs describes as "something like a video game glitch" where his body is violent flung in the opposite direction of whatever hes inside of. Izuku Midoria (Hero Name--Deku): Izuku's quirk, One For All, is a fairly unique one as he wasn't born with it, but instead had it passed on to him from the number one hero, All Might. The quirk functions by storing the physical strength and power of all previous users and passing it onto the current user, so the more people who've had it, the stronger the current user is--this is to the point that Allmight could throw punches so hard it could cause tornados or change the weather entirely. Katsuki Bakugo (Hero Name--Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight): Bakugo sweats nitroglycerine and has the ability to create small sparks in his hands to set it off, producing explosions because of his quirk, fittingly named Explosion. The gauntles he wears on his writsts in his hero costume store his sweat to make larger explosions. Using these explosions he can propel himself through the air, and general cause massive amounts of destruction. Soto Todoroki (Hero Name--Shoto Todoroki): Shoto's quirk, Half-Hot Half-Cold, is the result of a quirk marraige (The practice of marrying someone with a quirk that may benefit your offspring, a practice thats generally looked down upon), which takes his fathers fire generation--which raises the users body heat--and his mothers ice generation--which lowers the users body heat--and blends them into a quirk that generally has no weaknesses as long as its used right. Ochaco Uraraka (Hero Name--Uravity): Ochakos quirk Zero-Gravity gives her special pads on her fingers that completely negate the effects of gravity on whatever she touches, with the downside of intense nausea if its used on larger or many objects at once. She can restore gravity by pressing her fingers together. Tenya Iida (Hero Name--Ingenium): Tenya's quirk, Engine, literally has organic engines growing out of his calves which he can activate to run at incredibly high speeds, increase the momentum of his kicks, and generally any other benefit you can think of from having engines in your legs. Rjiro Kirishima (Hero Name--Red Riot): Ejiro's quirk, hardening, does exactly what you'd expect--it allows him to harden parts of his body and makes him more durable. The part of his body he hardens also becomes sharper as a result of it splintering as he moves, this is the 'scar' effect you saw on his head. Denki Kaminari (Hero Name--Chargebolt): Deni's quirk, electrification, allows him to generate massive amounts of electricity an an uncontrolled burst, meaning he needs a piece of equipment in order to make accurate attacks. If he overuses his quirk it fries his brain, leaving him temporarily incredibly stupid and very funny. Tusyu Asui (Hero Name--Froppy): Tsuyu has whats known as an 'x-form' quirk, which massively alters her bodily anatomy rather than granting her a power like super strength. Her quirk is 'Frog', giving her all the abilities and skills of a frog, such as a longue tongue, powerful legs, the ability to breath under water, and some downsides like going into hybernation if it gets too cold. Kyoka Jirou (Hero Name--The Hearing Hero: Earphone Jack): A personal favorite of mine, Kyoka's quirk Earphone Jack mutates her ear lobes into headphone jacks that can be plugged into walls, allowing her to hear and sense whatevers going on in the building. Additionally, they can be plugged into technology like speakers to project and amplify the sound of her own heartbeat. They're also durable and very sharp, so in a pinch they can be used as weapons. Momo Yaoyorozu (Hero Name--Creati): Momos quirk creation allows her to burn calories and body fat and turn them into /anything/, so long as she knows the atomic makeup of said item--meaning for the quirk to be effective, the user needs to be incredibly smart and maintain a level of body fat to produce larger items. Fumikage Tokoyami (Hero Name--Jet Black Hero: Tsukoyomi): Tokoyami's quirk Dark Shadow gives him a what is eseentially an entire other sentient being attatched to him named Dark Shadow. Dark shadow can extend from Tokoyami to attack or defend, but is always tethered to him. Aditionally, Dark Shadow gets stronger the darker it is whereever Tokoyami is, to the point that at night or in pitch black rooms, Dark Shadow is strong enough to overpower its host. Minor Mineta (Hero Name--Fresh Picked Hero: Grape Juice): Mineta's quirk, Pop-Off, replaces his hair with a row of supernaturally sticky, purple balls that he can remove at will and grow back incredibly quirk. He can decide to make them not sticky any more, and in general if one gets on your, it doesn't come off unless he wants it to. He's a fairly contraversal character in the fandom, mostly because hes the token anime pervert so people have mixed feelings about him. Mina Ashido (Hero Name--Alien Queen): Mina's quirk, Acid Generation, does exactly what it says on the tin. She can produce a slick acid like substance from her body, control its solubility and acidity, and then either throw it or wear it like armor/skates/etc. Gran Torino: Gran Torinos quirk, Jet, allows him to produce high pressure jets of air from the soles of his feet--letting him dash around at high speed. Theres not much else to it. Shota Aizawa (Hero Name--Erasehead): Eraserheads quirk shuts off the quirk of anyone he's looking at, so long as his eyes are open--this doesn't work on X-Form quirks like 'Frog' since their quirk is just their body. Beyond this he doesn't have any powers, and relies on martial arts skills to defeat villains that rely on their quirks and dont know how to fight without them. Enji Todoroki (Hero Name--Endeavor): Endeavors quirk, hell flame, allows him to produce massive amounts of fire from his body, over which he has some control over the temperture of. As a result though, it massive raises his internal body temperature the more he uses it, which can cause alot of damage to his body. His quirk is one half of Shoto's 'Half Fire Half Ice' quirk. Toshinori Yagi (Hero Name--All Might): All Might was the previous owner of One Fore All before he passed it on to Midoria. He's the number one hero in japan, and for a good reason--his mastery of All For One meant that for most the shows run time, All Might was significantly stronger than Deku despite Deku having a stronger version of the same quirk. Sir Nighteye: Nighteyes quirik, foresight, allows him to see into the future of anyone he touches and, for the most part, the future is garunteed to pass, meaning he will know every action someone he touches will take and reaction accordingly. Inasa Yoarashi (Hero Name--Gale Force): Insas quirk, whirwild, allows him to channel and manipulate air currents--creating its titular whilrwinds that are often strong enough to lift people and debris up with little effort on his part. Camie Utsushimi (Hero Name--Illuso-o-Camie): Her quirk, Glamour, lets her breath out a smoke like substance that creates visual and auditory illusions over a very large area. That 'giant' version of her was just that, an illusion she made to distrct the opponent while she snuck in to attack from behind. Seiji Shishikura (Hero Name--Shishikross): Seijis quirk is gross. It's called meatball, and it allows him to manipulate raw flesh--it works alot better on his own body, allowing him to tear parts of his body off and manipulate them remotely. On others, he can just kind of knead them into lumps of meat and bone and hair, its gross. Fat Gum: Fat gums quirk, Fat Absorption, functions kind of similar to Yaoyorozu's quirk in that it relies on fat. More accurately though he works like the marvel villain The Blob, absorbing and nullifying damage by absorbing it into his body fat. Where he spereates from the blob is that he can convert that stored energy into pure muscle, leading to power attacks that burn off his body fat. Gang Orca: Gang Orca has another X-Form quirk, Orcina, which gives him all the powers and abilities of a killer whale. This is mostly enchanced durability and strength, because he can also make supersonic waves to incapacitate foes. Tamaki Amajiki (Hero Name--Sun Eater): Tamiki's quirk, Manifest, allows him to morph parts of his body to match the physical characteristics of whatever hes currently digesting. So if hes recently eaten clam, he can develop massive armored clam shells, if hes eaten steak he can manifest a bulls horns. This isn't neceserrily limited to organic foods, though its hit or miss on what other things its work with and its also not smart to eat rocks and stuff in general. Nejire Hado (Hero Name--Nejire Chan): The last of UA's Big three (The other two being Tamaki and Mirio), Nejire's quirk Wave Motion allows her to generate spiral shockwaves using her own vitality/energy/stamina--essneitally meanting continued use of quirk is like running a marathon and can easily wear her out. I'd highly reccomend this show. It's an insane blend of anime and western style superheroes. It has great pacing and very emotional moments. I guarentee you'll be hooked.

I know you two don't know this, but the guy who's body was changing to different sea creatures and had wings, his quirk lets him make parts of his body change into something that he's eaten, hence the tentacles, claws, and wings, this also applies to some items that aren't food but that he has eaten, something like a geode can let him make part of his body into that

The guy with the hands all over his body is pretty much the main villain of the show. Tomura Shigaraki. He's definitely my favorite character.

Never really got into My Hero Academia, but I definitely know how popular this show is and it’s praise isn’t unwarranted. Got a real good cast of characters, and some very epic fight scenes. The bird masks are supposed to be plague doctor masks, it's basically their club jacket

Dabi is the guy with his skin sewn on. He's like that because his power like everyone else's has drawbacks. His fire burns his skin off and as a kid he went overboard.

I love how you were defending that Nomu. I mean yes, it's a villain, but it only does stuff when told to by someone it recognises as a master. I know it looks creepy but I've come to grow to love how weird it looks. It's pretty much harmless on it's own.... well that particular one anyway.

Ochaco is 1. afraid of heights and 2. gets motion sickness, so ya know gravity powers are the cat's meow. Kirishima can become as hard and dense as steel... or even beyond. The more electricity Denki uses, the less his brain has to process things like... breathing or walking, or the upcoming algebra test. "oh no poor thing" ummm no. Not even kinda. Whilst Nomu come from a horrible fate, this particular Nomu voluntarily chose to become a monster, and is a literal mass murderer. He deserves every asswhipping he gets.

Quick Description of the basic premise of My Hero and the characters in the video, for context: MHA (My Hero Academia) takes place in a world populated by a majority of people with a special super-ability, called a Quirk. His gloves cause him to sweat a profuse amount, and it gets fed into the gauntlets, which he can then use to cause even greater explosions than he is naturally capable of due to the amount of sweat stored within. *Shoto Todoroki - Hero Name: Shoto* Quirk: Half-Cold, Half-Hot A product of selective quirk breeding, Shoto has the perfect balance of fire and ice power. With this in balance, he can use massive ice attacks without freezing himself through or massive fire attacks without overheating himself. "Fun" Fact: The scar on Shoto's face is a result of his mother, having thrown scalding hot water on his face in a fit of hysteria due to her abusive husband. She saw too much of him in her son and couldn't take it one day, going berserk and injuring him. They have since met and reconciled their issues though, and are working hard to become a proper family again. *Ochako Uraraka - Hero Name: Uravity* Quirk: Zero Gravity With the power to negate the gravitational pull of anything she touches with her unique finger pads, she can make objects or even people float through the air or eliminate the friction of gravity to boost their movement speed, then release it to either drop them to the ground or rocket them forwards. Fun Fact: Ochako's motive for becoming a hero was originally purely monetary, but she undertook it specifically because she wants to repay her parents for all that they've done for her. Since then, she has realized that the true reason she became a hero was because as a small girl, she noticed how happy heroes made the people that they helped and protected, and she wanted to make people happy too, not just her parents. She also has a mega-crush on Deku. *Tenya Iida - Hero Name: Ingenium* Quirk: Engine Using the engines that grow within his legs, Tenya is able to accelerate himself to ungodly speeds and kick his foes with the full force of a jet engine. Fun Fact: Tenya's entire family are a lineage of heroes, and after his brother was injured beyond repair and couldn't be a hero anymore, he took up the mantle of his brother and swore an oath to uphold justice in his name as Ingenium once he became worthy of the title. *Eijiro Kirishima - Hero Name: Red Riot* Quirk: Hardening With the ability to harden any part of his body into a stone-like material, he uses a wide variety of melee-based attacks and can use his Quirk to shield himself from almost any form of physical impact. Fun Fact: His hero name, Red Riot, comes from a hero he idolized as a young boy named Crimson Riot. This hero is what inspired him to apply for UA alongside a traumatic event from his past where he was powerless to save a group of schoolmates from a scary-looking individual, but another classmate named Mina Ashido was able to stand up and help them. *Denki Kaminari - Hero Name: Chargebolt* Quirk: Electrification Using the natural electric current of his body, he's able to produce bolts of electric charge capable of stunning or frying enemies. Fun Fact: Denki's quirk actually uses a lot of energy to utilize properly, and if he accidentally overdoes it by pushing himself too far, he sort of short-circuits his brain for a few minutes and goes into a state of total numbness where he can't think or feel anything at all. *Tsuyu Asui - Hero Name: Froppy* Quirk: Frog A type of metahuman known as a Heteromorph, Tsuyu's Quirk transforms her body in various ways to reflect that of an animal, in her case a frog. This lets her use a variety of different abilities that frogs possess, such as an extremely long and flexible tongue, the ability to excrete stomach mucus capable of melting through things or even shielding them from harm, and climbing up along steep walls with her hands and feet. Fun Fact: Tsuyu is actually an extremely timid person by nature and easily gets embarrassed if she has to show an unsavory part of her natural biology in front of other people. *Kyoka Jiro - Hero Name: Earphone Jack* Quirk: Earphone Jack Using the natural extensions to her earlobes that end in pointed aux cords, she can hook into surfaces to hear extremely quiet sounds, or plug them into her specially-made boots fitted with speakers to amplify the sound of her own heartbeat to form a strong sonic projectile Fun Fact: Jiro actually has a great affinity for music, and is capable of playing a large assortment of instruments and even sing, but is so self-conscious of her abilities that she rarely does so in front of others. *Momo Yaoyarozu - Hero Name: Creati* Quirk: Creation Her Quirk lets her use her body's lipids and fat content to create any object she desires, as long as she knows the exact makeup and dimensions of such an object Fun Fact: Momo is actually the most studious member of Class A, but not exactly by her own choice, since her Quirk requires her to do extensive research into anything she wishes to create using it. *Fumikage Tokoyami - Hero Name: Tsukuyomi* Quirk: Dark Shadow He can summon forth a living incarnation of his shadow to attack and defend himself, and even fly through the air Fun Fact: Dark Shadow is affected by the current light conditions of Tokoyami's surroundings. The darker the area, the stronger but more uncontrollable Dark Shadow becomes. *Minoru Mineta - Hero Name: Grape Juice* Quirk: Pop Off Using the large orbs that grow out of the top of his head, he can stick things together or even use them as trampolines to bounce himself or others around Fun Fact: The potency and properties of his Quirk are affected by Mineta's overall health, and will replenish themselves as quickly as he can detach them. However if he uses too many, his scalp begins to bleed. He's also an irredeemable pervert (Not super relevant, but I'll never miss a chance to out the horny little bastard). *Mina Ashido - Hero Name: Pinky* Quirk: Acid Mina's entire body produces a slime-like acid substance that she can alter the properties of. By adjusting the viscosity, acidity, and other factors, she can use it for a variety of purposes, such as splashing it at foes to harm them or using it to slide around on the ground for transportation Fun Fact: Mina is an incredibly active person and an avid dancer, and she uses these skills along with her ability to slide along the ground to fight in a style reminiscent of capoeira.

To explain some things, their powers are called quirks and each of them have drawbacks when you overuse them. Uraraka reduces gravity, barfs rainbows when overused Kirishima hardens his body like stone, his just turns off when overused Kaminari can use electricity, but short-circuits his brain on overuse. Jiro has headphone jacks that are organic parts of her body instead of being made, they work as if her body is channeling the sound but loud sounds are painful. Asui can do everything a frog can do including throw up her own stomach, but she’d bad in hot temperatures Yaoyorozu can create items from her body if she understands their chemical makeup, but making too many or too large items cause her extreme discomfort. Fighting game suggestion: "Marvel rise of the imperfect" It's a PS2 game, they got finishers similar to Fatality. Each characters got 2 intros and 2 victories outro. Half the characters you most likely know, the other half that you most likely don't know are the imperfects. One of the darkest game I ever played as a kid. My Hero Academia topic: My favorite character is the villain with hands all over him. His backstory is similar to Kratos in some ways. I'll leave it at that!

lol some of the supers might be confusing for people who didn't watch the anime or read the manga. Uraraka gets stomach ache when overdoing it with her antigrav power, while Kaminari just goes dumb for a period when overexerting his electricity. Mina secerns acid from her body. Izuku's fingers are a darker shade because they are broken; for a good part of the first and second season of the anime, Izuku couldn't control the inherited power and using it caused his bones to break. Shota's power is hard to translate in gaming: his glare nullifies other's powers. Sir Nighteye has the ability to foresee, and he can change the density of his stamps to be extra heavy, thus damaging.

I will say that the video did leave out the dlc characters sadly. Hopefully you see them in the future ^^ Yeah the big bird guy and the guy with the mask and four arms, let’s just say that they deserve getting beaten up like they did. I don’t want to spoil anything in case you decide to check the series out in the future.

a fun thing, the voice of Suneater (the huy who has tentacles with crab claws and wings) may sound familiar to a future character in RWBY you have yet to meet, if you even remember that is XD took me until this video to remember so...

It was funny seeing you guys feel bad for the Nomu getting beat up, because it is basically a bio-engineered walking corpse created to kill heroes. As for the other "bird" guys, the one who was complaining about getting dirty is actually a villainous Yakuza boss called Shiraki, who makes all his crew wear bird masks. Edit: All-Might is the anime's equivalent of Superman, and he helps teach at a school training future heroes, because in the world they live in, 80% of the global population is born with superpowers so "superheroes" went from a thing of legend to an actual career path.

I will say if you haven't watched it you 100% should :D I know you guys feel bad for Nomu but watch season 1 and you won't anymore, i promise XD

You guys should definitely check out the anime it's really good

In this universe abilities are physical things more or less. They're not magic. So like with the head butting dude his ability is to harden his body. So he can be stronger than still but it can only do that because he trains it like a muscle. The electric guy he's got insanely powerful electrical ability but it also fries as brain when he uses it so he becomes unusable after one good blast. The grenade hand guy sweats nitroglycerin and his palms are able to produce the spark so that's how he causes the explosions. The grenades on his arms hold the sweat that builds up and then it could shoot it out for the big blast which is nasty but like I said they are physical abilities. The fire ice guy has to use both of his abilities to keep from either overheating or freezing his own body. If he uses either too much it'll you know mess them up. That's just how all the characters in here are. They're not powers without any drawbacks like most superheroes. They use it too much they can hurt themselves. Like the main hero he has tremendous power but before he really learned how to control it, when he'd go to use it he would break his arms and stuff like that. Oh yeah and the girl in pink that look like she was about to throw up, she really was because she has the ability to control gravity even her own but when she uses it on herself it also makes her queasy. So yeah it's a pretty interesting world. The headphone girl... Those jacks are part of her earlobes. She's able to put them into the equipment on herself or in other people and objects and then use our heartbeat as a weapon to create seismic tremors. More or less.

Hey my favorite couple, I do recommend you checking on One Piece Burning Blood, all the specials and intros. It's a one piece game that is similar to Naruto Storm and it would be cool to you both know more about the characters (Or just getting confused since one piece has a lot of crazy people with crazy powers)

I highly recommend you guys react/watch the show itself, it’s incredible! It has 6 seasons so far each with 25 episodes, (except s1 which has 13 I think), and a season 7 confirmed. Season 6 also just ended recently so it’ll prolly be another year or so till 7. The manga is still ongoing and even tho I haven’t read it I think it’s nearing its end. So my guess is the show will prolly have at least 8 seasons to it. There’s also about 3 movies and a couple special episodes as well. Overall you’d guys would probably love it! It has action, comedy, tragedy, and makes for an emotional rollercoaster of badass action and goofy shenanigans lol.

I always like My Hero Academia, because to think the 80% of people on earth had a some kind of super power, how their powers work and how their powers have side effect or negative effect on their bodies. One third of 80% become villains, the other third become heroes and the last third just live their lives as the other 20% who have no powers.

The Death Battle episode between All Might and Might Guy/Gai is a really fun one- I'd happily recommend it. As for the spectrum between Superman and Homelander, All Might is definitely closer to Superman.
