@Getting Fairest honestly i think all obsessive shippers are to blame, not just queer or straight ships. I mean justin was literally asked about whether he loved ochako earlier in the panel and they played it off but it clearly made him uncomfortable. they're actors, the characters are lines on a page being animated. fans are rightly free to go wild with fandom but remember to not cross the line into reality 😅
@Getting Fairest not sure how you got that from my comment lol. Was just pointing out that it's not fair to place emphasis on lgbt shippers. And by "go wild" I implied fans having fun with shipping in fandom platforms, just not bring it to the actors. So no, harassment is not okay in any spaces. Hope that's clear :)
Uh guys, fun fact, Japanese actors doesn't do shipping, but in the west, these actors liked the ideal of shipping, just because fans liked the shipping doesn't mean it is bad or anything dark.

I really love that response from Cliff at 25:53. At expos/panels/premieres/q&a etc Brina’s character, Mineta gets a rough go from the fans. Too much that it’s not fair, but you hear the cast actually enjoys that character. They really do. They’re not as hardcore online as anime fans are when it comes to heckling the awesome little dude. They’re practically oblivious, no matter what fans think. But I know a couple, like Cliff and Monica make slight jokes or remarks about Mineta because they know the fans reaction to Brina’s character; to humor the fans at these events. But overall the know the character is awesome. But I like that hear Cliff gives Brina and what she does with the voice props because that’s one of the facets, besides Deku that had me hooked on the show. It was so different at the time. I was so bored with American television but I love my classic cartoons growing up and she incorporated a genius little voice that works well with her character as Tsuyu’s and Tokoyami’s does. It just works and I can’t imagine anyone but Brina pulling that off. She’s amazing.

I got to see MHA voice actors at Animeversefest this year. I got Justin Briners autograph's and pics with him. I got Luci Christians autograph and pic with her, Shotos autograph, Christopher Sabats autographs and pic with him and Bakugos autograph.
Probably to stay safe from getting sick would be my guess, I mean there’s allot of people there and allot of germs who knows if someone has something it be bad if voice actors get sick, so better be safe then sorry right 😊 at least that’s what I think
@@Miaawiaa528 at photo op and signings the others were very engaged and happy.. he was very terse … at the MHA group discussion question and answer he seemed to be irritated and not wanting to engage with the audience … while the others were a blast 💥
It’s likely that due to the high amount of traffic at cons, he wants to stay safe from being sick? I know a lot of people come home from conventions and get sick. Plus as a voice actor, especially for Bakugou, you need your voice, so I think he is just being safe 🤷♀️
