Well, yeah. Overhaul's name is technically Kai, Chisaki is his last name. Honestly, I didn't know her last name either-

I don't think Chisaki is Eri's last because her dad was still alive when Eri was born (the Chisaki last name is from her mother side) also she was somewhere in between 3-6 years old when moving to Shie Hassaikai as shown in Kai Chisaki's flashback, Eri should have named before that. She didn't need to change her last name just because her grandfather adopted her. Another thing is that we never see Eri's last name written on her myheroacademia-fandom-wiki page (meaning is was never confirmed in any MHA canon-materials) so saying that her last name is Chisaki would be wrong for now.
