Weirton is extremely safe but more liberal than you’d think. The town is becoming more progressive with every new year that passes thank God. So it depends on your version of “conservative” if it would be a good fit or not.

I’m wondering the same thing. Does the area still have christian values? Are there some better areas or are all the area in Weirton safe ?

@@doctorcrummy As someone who recently moved, I get the vibe that it's in its infancy as a progressive town, and I think a lot of that has to do with essentially being a bedroom community for Pittsburgh (which is why my family moved here). Funny thing is, I'm a conservative but I can see the value in having differing opinions. The new breed of liberalism that has overtaken the country definitely does NOT speak to the more centrist beliefs most normal people have, who see the value in some social programs / progressive policies, but still hold on to traditional federalist viewpoints.
