This video is about my life (only related to law as a career) from a toddler to an adult. I will be answering the most asked question and that is how and why I entered the law school even when there was no one related to this profession in my near or distant relatives. This video has a personal touch, this is nothing like one of those greatest and most inspiring stories but this is what my real and simple journey towards the law school, in fact, looks like.

I am a first generation practicing advocate based in New Delhi, India. I also work in the field of contract drafting, IPR advising, and trademarks. I am also a teacher and I take limited private lectures for law subjects. It's my honest request to you make part 2of this Vedio that how you started your journey as an advocate what are the difficulty problem you faced and as I said is it really true that as an advocate we need to work 4 to 5 years get recognised and we need to work under senior 2 to 3 years when you started practicing individual .....how you decided that you want practice litigation only but seriously i loved your vedios I'm eagerly wait to watch your vedios this Vedio also motivated to me study harder and harder.......

Yes di same thing happened with me when i was in class 10th and now im in 11th and whenever my dad came back to court he seems mostly sad its hurt😢 and fees of advocate are high thats why i also want to become a lawyer and when i started watching your video now im confident that i can also do it..i had open my youtube channel as well so i hope i can help my dad financially also..you are the reason behind if i become a successful advocate..❤💕 lots of love from rajsthan di🌸🌸

After becoming lawyer, real struggle is internship. Your senior doesn't allow you to handel case independently because you are practising under them most of the time it's a non paid internship . After you gain much experience and want to practice independently again struggle is for clients. So you have to make yourself recognise with help of social media.

@@nainasingh5418CLAT is just an entrance exam which will help you to get admission in law college. To become a judge you have to give a separate exam, so you can do law from any university. Its doesn't matter ....

I literally felt like i am watching myself here, like literally, the thing with me is i've two elder cousins both law profession. And yk i did had taken demo class for legal subject in my 11th but the teacher wasn't uhh...i mean i didn't really understood her way of teaching, so i quit and took painting (one of my hobbies) told my eldest cousin about changing subject and all she did explained me everything but just my 10th wasn't the best cuz i wasn't able to give my 1st board (2021 batch) but still managed to get 60% (still isn't happy about it) so all those things were overwhelming for me so i just kinda like, okay ho jayega but yeah..

sir law me konsa college se kiye ho woh bhot important role play karta hai kya ya sirf hamari degree. sir mera abhi job chalu hai aur mujhe llb karna hai aur mere paas 2 obtion hai job k saath saath koi chote mote college se kar lu jha attendance assignment ka koi tension nhi hai par self study acchi tarah se karunga yaa job chod kar koi acche college me admission lu jaha attendance assignment k liye mujhe regular jaana padega. par financial situation k liye mera job bhi filhaal bhot zaroori hai. please suggest me what to do????

Yr aapki story bilkul mujhse relate krti h hr point pe....6-7 me main bhi yahi bolta tha ki mujhe bhi Advocate banna h lekin time nikalte nikalte kuch pta hi nhi chala....10 baad jb sub. Lene ki baari aayi to main sure nhi tha pcm or pcb me vaise mujhe biology jyada acchi lgti thi....lekin maine pcm leli bhai k bolne pe fir 11-12 me corona tha to padhai ki nhi or 11-12 ki maths bahut hard thi...uske baad ab jee diya usme nhi ho paya ab second drop lene ki socha lekin 12 me 75 se km....ab samajh nhi aa rha kya karu....mujhe maths nhi pasand....law krne ka socha h ba k baad lekin kayi logo ne demotiavte kr diya ki law me kuch bhi nhi h uper se 1 generation lawyer ko bahut struggle krna pdta h....ab kuch samajh nhi aa rha

Bas mere ko aak baat smjh nahi aai ki mai 5 yr law karne ke baad Muje bar council me enroll karna must hota hai kya or nahi kiya enroll to ham advocate nahi ban sakte hai but corporate lawyer me to ja skte hai ya wo bhi nahi kar skte hai pls koi ye bata do..
