Imo it FEELS like they buffed the enemies for the old dps for a slight difficulty increase, but then forgot that they did that and nerfed the gear aswell.
Exactly omg I lost more than 50% DPS on my main warrior's hero build. But I guess stuff should balance out after I get max aspects which will take a while.
IMO I think world events just need more advanced notice in the content book. Something like 10min would be nice for all the high level ones, maybe 5 min for the low level frequently-occuring ones. Not everybody has an insanely mobile build, and the tp scroll nerf makes me feel like they wanted you to not use them as much for general traversal. Being able to notice a world event and actually travel there on horseback/with your movement spells/using various fast travels currently feels like a bit too much of a mad dash at the moment. Also, forgery scaling is a great idea I would love that.
Idk I have skill issue so even the greg that we've had was giving a good amount of challenge, so that being significantly harder for even the best players sound very concerning. And especially since I have no friends and just match in pfinder which can sometimes give me some horrible teamwork.
I REALLY WANT LEVEL SCALING And why didnt Hashr get an update? It was a desert content update... but then he wasnt updated. Like I get they didnt have time to make all dungeons updated but he has secret discoveries about him... that makes him important...
@@advokey I'm guessing it will be a minor update between here and fruma Also I'm a little annoyed because they already have an assassin ai with the one blind cow from stable story (I've always imagined hashr as Duke fishron phase 3)
On your comment about losing a lot of DPS, I do think it's a tad under-done, but I believe it is a good change overall. As you mentioned, 4 raid completions no armor is a bit insane, and the meta was starting to become stale with the highest focus on DPS to greg to kill him in under a minute. IMHO, making the bosses harder is good, but making the rank and file enemies more difficult is also a good idea, as many people just forget they exist. Also, I agree with their skill point reductions, as builds really did often have the same few items in them. I believe that some DPS will be recovered once they realize that you can't have as much of everything. Not every build can fit those top tier items for what they're going for, and hopefully, that leads to a larger diversity of builds and playstyles. However, only time will tell.
i really hope battlemonk is still usable, tbf im only level 59 rn but i really want to get to where i can do raids and do the spellsurfing stuff and whatnot so i hope they dont ruin the class before i get a chance to fully level it up
@@sugvon it will be changed in 2.1 but this is what i used going into beta hppeng-wynn.github.io/builder/?v=7#9_0cD0Pf0r50Qx0Xr0K00x40OH0Qm0o112M0o0o1g10009I10009I010009I102KfI0z0z0+0+0+0+0-1TlNgNyNRU0
@@advokey It's the very unflashy part of this update but the part that let's the CT build off for the future as they're apparently cleaning up some code debt
@@EmnauelArazi uhhhh, not for annihilation but for everything else it should be ok. the rework to manastorm might make it a bit less useful but it should be playable
@@advokeyactually it's kinda ok for annilation because it kills the mobs and it can hit the sun, 5 arca and 5 lightbenders can pass annilation (I believe more players more rewards
stating balance in off while in beta is the best time to mention the balance feels wonky. as you said, it’s beta. since it’s when most of the changes will happen, now is the best time to voice opinions on the balance and other aspects of the beta
