I feel like one the employees should've helped you get more comfortable with all the controls especially for the money your paying for the vehicle. Before I got my Tesla, they offered demo drives for you to get used to all the controls and they way it drives. And when you decide you want one a service advisor at the tesla store would help you with every step of the way until delivery day! Floor mats are a MUST HAVE especially all weather ones. They sometimes come with factory's but are a pain to take out and clean since their velcro'd on the the floor. My Model 3 Highland didn't even come with any when I took delivery!!! Anyways congrats on your Model Y!
