Pork neck on a skewer
Potatoes 400 g, onions 200 g, tomatoes 200 g, pork neck 700 g, raw smoked bacon 50 g
Sauce: Ketchup 50g, soy sauce 50g, Dijon grain mustard 30g, honey 50g.
Garnish: fresh cucumber 100 g, red onion 50 g, lettuce 200 g, lemon juice 20 g, olive oil 100 g, salt and pepper to taste
Cooking recipe: Cut potatoes, onions and tomatoes into rings. Cut the pork neck into layers. Salt and pepper. Thread the pork onto skewers in layers. In order: potatoes, onions, pork, bacon, tomato. Repeat until the skewer is gone. The last layer is tomatoes. Lay out the foil. Place baking paper on the foil and spray it with water. We wrap the resulting kebab: first in paper, then in foil. Place in the preheated oven at 180° for 1 hour.
Prepare the sauce: Mix soy sauce, ketchup, mustard and honey in a bowl. Mix everything thoroughly.
Prepare the side dish: cut fresh cucumbers into slices, red onions into half rings and add lettuce leaves. Place in a salad bowl and season with olive oil. Mix salt and pepper. After an hour, remove the pork. Make a cut at the top and open the top. Pour the sauce evenly and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.
