I went to the doctor for my post operation check up. I’m having a minor complication. In this video I share some graphic video of internal organs but I make sure to warn you. I also share what she said and my experience over the past week.
Also, the doctor said no exercising until after my final check-up. I had asked about pelvic floor exercises and walking on a treadmill.

Thank you so much for your honest and open appraisal. It’s all the things I’ve been worried about. My surgery is next Tuesday and I’m not ready to hang up my libido just yet. 🙏

Thank you Angie! I was very happy to come across your video series. I also have post ablation syndrome. I recently scheduled surgery for same version of hysterectomy on 6/13. I also have pain on my left side! I completed the pre-surgery ultrasound - both external and internal with results showing fluid build up. Specifically the report said "cystic structure with complicated internal components and fluid. Fluid level along the posterior aspect of the cervix measuring up to 2.9 cm in size (that was not present in prior 2015 ultrasound" The tubal ligation / ablation was performed in 2015 so the last ultrasound was prior to that. I have had 2 children and am 47 yrs old. Looking forward to not dealing with the pain that for me lasts around 15 days - half of each month. In 2020 I was home working fortunately when all of the sudden a "flood" of brown old blood etc. came rushing out all at once. I went through 3 pads in a couple hours. It scared me a bit although I wasn't hurting - something simply broke loose that had been trapped for a while. Since then i have some discharge but at completely random times with no warning. I have not had any such discharge since December and it is now April so things are trapped again and causing pain. Last few days have felt good - no pain even unless random twinges etc...I likely have a couple more cycles to go through prior to surgery as a reminder of why I have decided to do this finally. Thank you for all your information and what to get ahead of time and all the "TMI" facts. It was such a wonderful help to hear your story. As you mentioned, it is harder to find people that need this procedure for Post Ablation Syndrome.

It was such a relief to hear about your left side pain! I have been dealing with that for the last 9/10 months and it went away with surgery. I thought that it was diet related.

Hiya Thank you for the video it is strange but good to see whats been done and what it all looks like, I kept my ovaries and was fine, I was told that a little help may be needed when relations resume there is a lack if lubrication after surgery but there are products that can be bought to rectify this, having said this i am going back long time and things may have moved on but I just thought i would mention it as with a lot of things that are not talked about but your doing a great job of explaining everything so thank you again Teresa x

what type of ablation did you have that created the ablation syndrome? I just had an ablation two weeks ago and now i’m scared this will happen to me too 😢.

It was just called a uterine ablation. My sister and a good friend of mine both had ablations years ago and they are doing great. I hope you do great too. I think the odds are good. 😊

@@AngieWade Thanks for your reply! I just saw my obgyn and the type of ablation I had is the minerva. I’m hoping for great relief of my heavy periods. I also had a copper IUD removed so i’m hoping for the best.
