The way you redesign Sally so different inspired me to make a Sally redesign differently.

Comments don't get it, if she appeared in idw, which Ian is hoping for, none of the freedom fighters would be allowed to resemble their comic designs, not even the reboot ones, only being allowed to go off of their satam designs. So this is a great redesign, well done!

I miss reading the Archie Comics that has Sally Acorn along with the other members of the Freedom Fighters.

I never grew up knowing Sally as a character in the sonic universe since most of my memories came from the games, not Archie or Sonic Underground. I never got into Archie either, but I know that with this design of her character in the IDW, a lot of new readers would lean towards her :D

Amazing art but I feared that Archie stan are coming to attack you for Drawing a redesign despite Sally herself being a redesign of the Chipmunks from Sonic 1.

I only ever knew Sally from the satAM series and the a few of the comics I owned but now the I know more about her, I wish she wasn't left behind in the Archie comics.

Question could you do a video on your what if to tikka a knuckle swap it seems like a really interesting story. I will like to see how would Sonic 3k play out or how would Knuckles chaotix play out you're really good Storyteller so I would like to see that.

While a neat, distinct look, I personally am not fond of the long-tail. Still, I like the clarity of her appearance and the return of her more SatAM-like eye shape.

I'd still prefer if she kept her cheek tufts. It's for me the one aspect of her archie reboot redesign that is really bad (same with Bunnie). I know you used the exterior shape of the head to emulate that, but it's just not the same.

She'd be perfect to be in IDWverse. I wonder what Mecha Sally would look like in the IDWverse, but instead of Sally Acorn, why not her evil double Alicia Acorn? I think this would make more sense if she were to be robotized so she could have power over Dr. Eggman. Alicia Acorn could have been a rogue queen who wanted to take control over Eggman's Empire herself.

As a design it self its really good looking and fits the Sonic ascetic rather well. But I do have to agree with a few other ones here that its not a very good redesign for the SatAm/Archie version of Sally Acorn. a Redesign should always be clearly identifiable as the Character no matter if its changes as little as Classic to Modern Sonic or as big as Megaman x to Megaman Zero Zero. This just doesn't applied to your redesign attempt here at all as almost nothing from Sally's old design is keep. The overall body and face structure is closer to Blazes The clothing far more formal (as Sally always did wear more casual cloths if any to highlight that she is more of a tomboy similar to what Sega them self did for Marines design) The fur Color palet is more so the scraped Sonic xtrem girl Tiara Boobowski than any version of Sally's (even including Ricky) Her entrier species is different as while being inspired by the Squirrel like Ricks was Sally decidedly a Chipmunk (beside a more Ricky based an entirely independently creates Sonic the Comic version) Really only the fakt that she wears boots and that most of her cloth Color palet remained (even if you added a lot of gold to it) seam like any remains of her old design Again I think its a good design in a vacuum but its just to unrecognizable as the Character its suppose to be as that I would call it a good redesign. And I'm actually saying this because I literally when I first saw it on DevianteArt didn't recognize it as Sally at all and though ti was just a good looking Fan Character or something like that. And even now does it still look nothing like any official version of Sally.

Sonic and sally still boyfriend and girlfriend, right? Those two make a good couple and also I find and still feel sonic still in love with sally and sally still in love with sonic.

Honestly you might as well have created a new character, doesn't look like Sally at all I get wanting to put your 2 cents in but it really is a fine line when redesigning a character it still looks good by the way

This is a really bad redesign for Sally, worse than the Reboot. I couldn’t even tell this is supposed to be Sally acorn without you literally saying it is.
