When and how did you get your call for 2nd stage, Can I check on the website for the call because I didn't get one, or the calls are done

Calls are already done. Basically IIMs communicate through e-mail. So, if you were shortlisted, you must have received an email stating the same.

Glad that you find this video insightful. As far as my profile is concerned , I am a Non Eng/Female. Acad - 9/8/8 Percentile- (90- 95)%ile And, I believe they just don't focus on the profiles, acads and %ile. Initially, they do focus on these things. But then, they make you write SOP's and submit. So I believe the final selection depends on a lot of factors as PI is also there. You can take a rough idea about, what percentile can give you calls from which college. But you can't be sure about the final selection. I think, it's complex even though they do share their ways of evaluation and criteria. So yeah, I hope I answered your query well.
