I'm a convert to Islam and in the beginning my Iman was something people used to look up to because it was so strong. Today my Iman is weak and my heart is almost fully black, I haven't prayed in 3 weeks and I've been trying to push myself but it's hard because I'm lazy and I don't have the will to get up and pray. Out of all the pleasures on earth being able to feel the sweetness of Iman is by far the most pleasurable of the all May Allah give us all the Tawfeeq to experience such pleasure every single day and strengthen our Iman. Ameen. Allah is the greatest.
It pains me, how every single time it feels as though my Imaan is getting stronger and stronger and firmer, I suddenly do that one sin and mistake that makes me fall back to where I started from. I'm so ashamed in myself, I feel like my Iman is very weak and I want to fix it. I really do, I just genuinely can't cry, I can't get anything out of me. I perform Salah late without a valid reason, I hang out with the wrong crowd and use foul language sometimes. I wasn't like that. I fixed my Iman but it all tumbled downhill. I was crying today when I prayed Salah, I felt so digsuted in myself and guilty. My mother looks at me as a polite and devout young girl too, and it sucks knowing I'm doing all of this. I just want to get my Imaan back, I will work for it, no matter what it takes. My Allah (SWT) forgive all of our past and future sins, Ameen Ya Rab.
Hello sister. You're trying hard and Allah sees your efforts. And for your efforts, Allah will reward you. No matter how many times you err, keep coming back to Allah. That's what matters most. You acknowledge what's wrong and you feel bad for them and try your best to better yourself, and you don't justify sins. So you're a good Muslim :) do your best to avoid sins and if you slip, repent and ask Allah's forgiveness. Allah loves you. Take care and Ramadan Mubarak.

I never used to pray 5 times a day but now I know there is no excuse thank you you've helped me so much inshallah I will start to pray 5 times a day and remember Allah during the night while I'm a awake to to make my iman strong
I am also going through the same problem of losing iman or weakening iman day by day its all because of sin which we commit in our daily life.The moment we commit sin our iman get weakened.And Second is the love for this world.

Abdullah G Brother Let me give you the same advice I was given read surah al baqarah every day until the problem your going through goes I myself am reading it At first I thought it was tooo long but wallah you feel peace when reading the Quran certain ayahs fit with what your going through Dont lose hope from Allah swt mercy! Dont ever Wallah shaitan is there to watch you fall so rely on Allah and dont let shaitan win I have no idea what your going through But Allah azza wa jal does so turn to Allah and dont think anything is impossible May Allah swt make you among those who enter Jannat Al Firdous and make you among the patient Ameen Wa salamu alaikum
It is a test from Allah. Hold tight to Allah's book and wake up for tahajjud. Pray ur daily prayers on time and in shaa Allah u will be fine. The other thing don't make shaytan mess with ur head. Shaytan is weak and don't give him a chance. Everytime when u feel down pray two rakaa and talk to Allah. He is the all hearer. May Allah heal u and sarround urswlf with good people who reminds u of Allah. U will be fine.

This is true as a Revert. The problem is I have to chase people to teach me arabic. No one wants to help Us once we are muslim that's it. No one helps.
May Allah forgive us but maybe, just maybe, that is a test for you. We all need to take steps to get closer to Allah and He rewards us for our efforts. Maybe Allah wants to see your effort in becoming a good Muslim by chasing people to teach you Arabic. And even us, born to Muslim families, we enroll ourselves to a Madrasah to learn Arabic and we pay for it but the good thing is we know that we are being rewarded by Allah for doing so. We pay for something that will benefit us in this world and most importantly in the hereafter and we must realize that the money we spend to increase our Islamic knowledge also comes from Allah. There is a hadith in which our beloved prophet Muhammad s.a.w. said that praying to a distant mosque is more rewarding than praying to a near mosque because we are rewarded for our every step to the mosque. So obviously you will take more steps in going to a distant mosque than the near one. Similarly, the more effort you put in to seek islamic knowledge, the more reward you get from Allah

I'm not really depressed or anything,just sad and i kept just kept thinking about things like "why am i not happy with allah?" "Why am i so scared to admit sins?" "Why did i did this in the first place?" "Why do i feel like my iman is weak"? I hope this video gives me the answer just like Allah SWT. Ameen.

Going through something similar, a wea emaan annoys you even more when in the beginning you had a really strong one. I do know that I shouldn't cut off my prayers/connection with Allah, so I'm still offering all the prayers but it just feels like I'm saying blank words and my mind is all over the place. May Allah help all of us who are going through this situation
Now I know why my iman has become so weak school has been hard and I have missed alot of night prayers the last weeks and I stopped reading the quran I will try to red more and not miss the night prayer

Been struggling recently. Dont know whats happening and its making me upset. Was getting stronger and stronger and now feel weak even though i should be spiritually pumped after Ramadhan.
I advise you not to forget supplicating after every prayer by saying: "O Allah, help me to remember you, to give thanks to you, and to worship you in the best manner."
I don't know what's happening but, but it feels like I'm dead inside 😢 i can't feel Allah s.w.t now, But i have to be strong and patient, this is a test and i can't do it !!!!
I don't understand while watching movies and many other things on you tube I don't get rememberence of allah But if I gone to study all the thaughts of lost of emaan and etc etc .. come in my mind

I want to say something if you think your Islam is weak take the first step and ask for help and what everyone needs help in life. Just build your Islam by small actions and the speakers is right prayer is the main point and I my self are trying to build the first step may Allah swt make it easy for us
Oh Allah please save me. I do not wake up for Fajr anymore... I want to say Fajr on time.. and please, please never let me become someone who does not pray five times a day... it is something I cannot imagine happening to me... please protect me and give me the strength to always pray my five prayers.... Oh Allah.... I love praying and I love Islam... please, protect me from the devil... Allah save all who reach to You for help... help me to wale for Fajr and give me the strength to continue to pray 5 times a day Ameen.
