Lovely. Love that you mentioned Robert Welsh as well! I feel like the best guide to base involves knowing your own skin type, knowing the finish of your foundation and concealer, and how to "prime" them for the effect you want. Like, if you're oilier and want to be matte, you CAN use a light-coverage, dewy foundation... if you use a matte primer, and a light dusting of powder. Maybe even powder foundation, if you want fuller coverage. Like, you can make anything work, really, and I love that you've touched on that, with using oil and a matte foundation and concealer! 😁❤

Hi Shreya, your videos are like treat for the each viewer.I would like to suggest one thing that I would like to see the makeup or lip colour swatches in natural light as there is slight difference between ring light and natural light.

As always you are amazing Shreya.. Learned so so much from you. I have a humble request to you.. please have similar step to step tutorial for eye shadow.. I have watched so many videos & tried so many things but my eye shadow ends up flat and I have never been able to create a gradient one. Please do a tutorial on that.

Hey Shreya, You look Gorgeous. You have been my makeup Guru For so many years. I have started doing makeup because of you and fell in love with it. For so many years i thought why my makeup isn't looking like beauty Gurus but then eventually i figured it out. Everyone's skin type and face is different so we first need to figure out what works for us by trial and error. We would have some bad makeup days in order to get good makeup days. This is such an informative video Shreya 🌸 Often times I tend to forget how we can still learn new techniques even if we know makeup :) Loved how well you explained each technique. Do you think it would be possible to make a quick video about the technique for a cream blush? I still can’t seem to get the placement right. I understand producing a YT video definitely takes up a lot of your time & effort. So even if you could address it in a IG story/video, I would be so grateful:)
