Actually trainer should ask weakness or by observation trainer can evaluate weakness of trainees and then guide accordingly but in a way which not hurt feelings of trainee...

Amazing video Mam.. you know what I also like you.. now I am in executive level and I am doing Job for support my family , so I also doing same things like formal drafting search in google. Due to this I also suffering from time consumption. I feel like what am I doing? Kya mein apni jindagi mein kuchh kar paunga ya nai ? But I inspired from your story. I feel hopes in my life.. and my major learning is speak up.. I have one problem i.e I can't speak or present my opinion because I feel ki mein excuse de raha hun or argument kar raha hun.. but sometimes bolna bohot jaruri hai.. Excel is not that much required at the initial stages..but yes... having a good knowledge will be helpful to us. It makes our work easy and less time consuming. So basics of excel is helpful in long run.
