My iPhone Microphone is not working, Mic not working on Calls - fixed 

So my microphone works when I make a video and use it for talk text but nothings else works to let me speak on a call or voice memos🤔🤔

It doesn't work when I turn on speaker mode

My iPhone 8 plus microphone is not working I tried everything you suggested I even reset my settings But I can't force restart my phone the phone is not switching off I can hear during calls and music but they can't hear me when I speak even when u record on whatsapp

Hey bro I thought your video from last year and this one were cool. I haven’t fixed the issue but I’m going to try with the brush now and some other things you mentioned besides factory resetting because I have no back ups saved and I can’t back up anything.

I tried everything, finally fixed it by backing up phone and resetting to factory settings. Confirmed fixed.

OK guys so just a quick tip to those who are having the same issue that I am having l tried all the steps in this videos on RU-vid and none of them worked so what I did was I called my other phone and hit the mute button two times muted, unmuted, muted, and unmuted and see if that works cause it work for me

Bummer, none of this worked for me. My speakerphone mic, voice memo and siri all dont work. Camera mics work fine. Have completely restored the phone to new too. If i connect to airpods those work fine too. So I have narrowed it down to an issue with just the bottom mic for siri. Phones never been dropped, never seen liquid, etc, so not sure what the deal is. Outside of warranty or id take it to apple.

Guessing the mic for phone calls and text speech is for cus text speech works and calls don’t. Ima brush it cus settings didn’t help.

Hardreset fixed my iPhone11. Just hold Vol Up, Vol Down and the power button all at the same time till it shuts down. After it booted up again it was fixed ;)

I don’t know what to do with mine, my microphone stopped working months ago I can’t call I can’t record audio I can’t send voice messages or anything I tried resetting the settings I tried cleaning the mic I tried restarting I did everything and it never worked I have an iPhone 7 Plus if anyone knows how to help please let me know.
