This is a quick story of my M715 build. I was going through old pictures and I absolutly love this thing and though I would put a video of it together. I hope you guys love it as much as I do.
My dream truck... my dad has multiple 1969 J3600's, and one J2600 that he's gonna restore. I just got my drivers license, and ive started the planning phase for the overlanding build that I'm, going to do with one of his parts trucks.
@@shaunsgarage1091 I have a couple of them that are real straight in Texas if you are interested. I also was trying to figure out what kind of axles you put in it. I’m hard of hearing and couldn’t tell what you said even on max volume. Thanx budd.
@@kingpin76110 I would love to get another one. I just don't have the room right now. Maybe in the spring. I put the 2.5 ton Rockwell's under the truck. I found some old bus rotors that matched the six lug and F 550 brake calipers to convert them to disk brakes.
There is a website called M715zone.com. It use to be very active. They have a classified section. Facebook marketplace is good as well. As for the price, they are all over the place. If you can find one with a good tailgate and soft top frame that’s a bonus.
So when you couldn't drive over the wood pile,, got stuck in the snow and then the water puddle was your driving skills lacking or you gonna blame something broke on truck?
