No there's no difference in taking 2 or 3 years program. However, It is encouraged taking three years DH program if you don't have dental background because 2 years program is very intense. You have to take 12 courses in each semester whereas in three years program you take 5 or 6 courses. At the end, all DH students have to pass national board exam.
I completed my 12standard in commerce, not in science, but have done dental assistant course an doing work innclinc, scan I do dental hygienists course???

You studied everything from Pakistan but you should have mentioned that you were already in Canada and started applying from within Canada. I hope I am right? Because Dental Hygienist and Assistance Programs are not offered to International Students.
