Question: the doctor at about 7 minutes in mention 2 genes associated with treatment and chemotherapy. But he doesn’t say which genes. As someone struggling with chemo, what genes is the doctor referring to?

The genes are BRCA1 and BRCA2. Although these genes are more commonly associated with breast cancer as their name suggests, Breast cancer type 1 & 2 susceptibility protein (BRCA) are the genes with the greatest influence on chemotherapy sensitivity in pancreatic cancer.
