My Journey with Mental Health | RIP Sushant Singh | Being Binny Studio feat Janki Patel 

Ive never talked about my own mental health issues in the past, but with time I have concluded.... its ok to talk it out than deal with it alone..
Sushant Singh's suicide has reopened this chapter and as an artist, we go through this emotional rollercoaster most of the times.. and eventually I have realised, accepting the fact of feeling low, makes it worth standing up back again and lets you take charge of your own life course!
Here's a spiritual take on how to deal with this feeling and emotion and I have Janki Patel (Anveshan Healing) with me giving us a spiritual guidance to deal with such situations.
