I was captivated by actress Nicole Beharie after seeing her as Dee Roberts in American Violet (2008) and fast became a fan, since then she has continued to wow me with her work so needless to say i'm a sleepyhead and can't wait for FOX Monday nights but this seriously and pleasantly shocked me. I was not expecting that amazing singing voice and this movie was yet another wow moment. I can see I'll be a fan for life.
