Your not the only guy whos fav 5th row game gets downgraded They just made brf a even more repetitive and boring. They overuse fan club 2 and frog hop. But bias so I'm neutral to remix seven because i love DJ school and big rock finish
reason why lush remix doesn't start after while is related to the song, the lyrics talk about a girl who's about to perform, but everything is so slow when she's about to start because she's scared to mess up or something like that. when I heard this info? I don't really remember, but that's why lush remix takes a while to start
Remix 5 Fever is underrated. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not amazing, but it’s respectable. I particularly love the music in the first half and the gameplay isn’t too bad.
@@nicks.2457 I don’t the hype for it, (besides the music Ofcourse) the minigames don’t fit well and air rally barely gets shown. And at the end, it looks like normal air rally. Bts also feels weird for a food themed remix
I love the music. Hate its game selection. 2 keep the beat games and 2 call and response games with long awkward pauses is hard for anyone to make a good remix out of
I agree for almost all of them, especially the unnecessary cues for Remix 7 for the DS, but I actually really like the Remix 7 DS music. I just kind of feel like Remix 2 on the DS is more boring. I also agree with Remix 1 for the Rhythm Tengoku, but Remix 9 on the Sega Naomi Arcade version of Rhythm Tengoku makes Remix 1 much more fun to play, also because it’s an arcade version and more challenging! In the arcade version, you can play any stage with all 6 games in 1 stage. You have 2 lives and you lose a live if you start a stage, and gain a live if you get a Superb. And if you lose all your lives, you must spend another credit to continue, similar to Rhythm Heaven Megamix’s challenges. I kind of don’t like Lush Remix, but at the same time, I also wouldn’t have liked if the cutscene after the remix didn’t have a fake ending
honestly, pretty based, i agree with pretty much all of these barring 7 from ds (i find 5 boring tbh) w WAIT YOU PUT LUSH REMIX AS LAST FROM MEGAMIX??????? NVM i take that back
Tengoku/Silver - big agreement on Remix 1 DS - Remix 5, mostly because the song kinda blows and the minigame selection isn’t the best Fever - Endless Remix, it feels so undeserving but I play it anyway Megamix - Machine Remix, the RHYTHM TWEEZERS SECTION ruined me from getting a perfect
@@RaffyTaffy14 what if you wanted to play a game but whenever you booted up the game you had to watch a 20 second long cutscene that you’ve seen 100 times
Dj school supposedly didn't make it to megamix because after the ds game released, at some point they made a comic indicating that DJ Yellow and his student are gay and Nintendo didn't like that. Maybe it's not true but this is what I saw in some rhythm heaven iceberg video i watched here on yt that is almost certainly still up today
To be a little fair, that isn't a 3 in remix 1 of tengoku, that's a る. It says 来る, kuru, or "come" (at least from my limited understanding of Japanese) Still doesn't necessarily tell you it's gonna be 4, but it's not specifically saying 3 at least
I also dislike remix 7 because it's the first remix that doesn't need to conform to just using 4 games And yet it just uses 4 games except for the big rock finish ending
my least favorite are remix 1 gba, remix 2 ds, remix 1 wii and citrus remix from megamix remix 1 gba is... remix 1 gba remix 2 ds is sorta just mid, and the only thing keeping remix 7 above it is that the song is good remix 1 wii has the crime of just being the first remix, and as such not being as complicated as the others. still really good citrus remix is just a victim of circumstance, as all the other megamix remixes are better. donut remix is close, though
I've actually grown to despise DS Remix 3. For starters, there's some things in there that you penalized other remixes for- namely, something you have to sit through every time (the Love Lizards showing off the different rhythm), and having The Dazzles. In fact, The Dazzles here has a different pattern that you didn't see in its own game previously. The music itself isn't that spectacular. However, the main issue I have with this one is Love Lizards, or more specifically, the inputs for it. Simply put, you have to input the stylus slides in a very particular way, and that has doomed MANY a Perfect attempt. About the only thing I particularly like about it is Crop Stomp, but that's not enough to save it in my eyes.
The love lizards opening is okay in my eyes because it actually helps you, instead of giving you a tutorial it quickly shows you how to do the thing, also it has a couple games I enjoy. It isn’t in the top half for me though.
These are some truly awful takes. Remix 7 does get a bit repetitive but the music brings it up, and remix 5 is literally the second best remix on fever only second to 9. And lush remix, is one of the few actually good megamix remixes alongside machine and songbird.
For the DS I can definitely see Remix 7 as the worst, but I despise Remix 2. The "Shoot Em' Up" has basically NO RHYTHM, can't get a rhythm at all. It also feels too simple and slow (maybe not slow), but just repeats the bad Shoot Em' Up rhythm game and Moai Doo Wop.
I feel like remix 4 from tengoku is worse, it's boring and repetative as well but has the added factor of not being the very first remix, and being right between two better remixes
I like remix 4 much more because of the inclusion of 2 games a adore (rap men and power calligraphy) also the tempo changes add variety and also I like the music a bit better
worst tengoku remix is either 1 or 7, worst ds remix is remix 5 or remix 7 (purely off the song), worst fever remix is remix 5, and worst megamix remix idk, i guess just lush remix
hot take but having to play a remix multiple times to get it right doesn't make it bad. learning to play a song is the same way, and the first 2 rhythm heaven games emulate this feeling really well. also fevers remixes are shit and not memorable in the slightest
i think the main gimmick on remix 5 is how exhibition match is about how the player has to count carefully but the game throws it out of nowhere so the player cant count
I actually agree with you putting Lush Remix on here if only because the intro plays EVERY TIME not just your first time. It doesn't matter whether you've got a Perfect or not. W H Y?
megamix just completely babies you as if you have no rhythm at all and overwhelms you with all this beginner crap. thats why there are 6 sets with no remixes, cuz apparently its too hard for an idiot to remember how to play previous games.
The recognition of BRF A then the transition is probably one of my favorite rhythm heaven moments ever. It's a shame the rest of the mix is so repetitive and bad.
the same guitar solo loops like halfway then there’s a different part AND THEN GOES BACK TO FRICKING der der der, der der AND THEN TO BRF A-SS! HONESTLY REMIX 6 IS BETTER
I gotta say Remix 2 in Fever from what I played so far is my least favourite Its so short And the fact Monkey Watch is the one I see most throught it makes it worse But its not bad,as the song slaps And the selection for Remix 5 isn't bad All minigames are good imo
@@lucasM6 Actually from what I seen Monkey Watch is one of the most popular games overall I honesly don't like it that much bc its boring and those purple monkeys are always the reason I screw up on Perfect runs
Loved how they laughed at us knowing dj school is a fan favorite so instead of putting it into mega mix they just put it as a costume in the lush remix
I would actually call tengoku remix 2's the worst, compared to all of tengokus greats (Yes, i like remix 8 though it's just fine to me) remix 2 is so forgettable.
Tengoku - Remix 2. DS - I dunno, honestly this game's remixes don't get good until like, 5 or 6. and even so, 5 is just kinda meh. Fever - Remix 5, Lol Megamix - Songbird Remix, or Lush Remix. take your pick, i don't really like either. Donut Remix narrowly escapes cause its just fine.
You don’t like remix 4? Honestly I don’t blame you. Anyways remix 7 has good designs for the sprites (despite frog hop being…frog hop.) but the music is not something I’d dance to ngl.
Just putting my list here. GBA - Remix 1, same reasons as monkwee DS - Remix 5, it’s just bland… Wii - Remix 6, again, bland, and also forgettable. 3DS - Citrus, it feels like it’s build I up to the pause in First Contact…
Fair point. And also it needs more minigames in my personal opinion. I can see Built To Scale being there, and like i said, make it have an A Major scale instead of C Major for that remix
The "3" warning in Tengoku Remix 1 actually meant something else, as it's japanese text, so it wasn't supposed to be a trick but it just kinda became one lol
lush remix jp is pretty good imo, intro aside citrus remix has a game selection that goes together like orange juice and toothpaste, it's annoying to play and the song is not rly all that memorable (though i am biased against micro-row)
i'd like to see you do a video like this on the regular minigames. seem you don't like a couple i think are cool from your videos so i'm curious as to why
Personally i dislike ds remix 9.its sounds so fucking weird and there is already a space themed remix which makes it unnecessary. Also the vocal cues are annoying af. Remix 4 is underrated. I think its fun cuz its fast paced and i like the games in it. Plus it has a cute asthetic and song
