I am with you on that grading stuff. I also did baseball cards in the past and had several of my friends tell me that grading is the way to go. My answer to them is I am a collector not a seller. I will never forget one time a good friend was just looking threw my cards and freak out on some Noland Ryan cards. I have a few and just handed some to him and said keep it all yours. The smile and his happiness were priceless.
8:25 and 28:07 I have the 2nd edition of that book this edition have records until 2011, it's great for reference but I noticed there is some errors / thing that escaped the proof reading (most of the errors being in English).
Love these vids! Talking about progress… you put a lot of effort moving the brickstore to create a… TV corner was it? Is that still on tour list or were you let of the hook, for you also part out and build during watching TV and otherwise you would never leave the basement anymore but for eat and sleep? #bat :)
Well, say if I buy a bunch of new plates from a seller, the seller will often stagger them together for shipping. Are those plates to be considered used?
Sometimes that don’t even stagger them. I don’t care if they are used but at best I think they shouldn’t do it. It probably doesn’t afffect them too much. Scratching probably occurs more from disassembling
Long story short, I just got 2 giant bins of LEGO from my nephew and got all my old LEGO back and recently begun separating the bricks. Do you separate vintage bricks (60s, 70s, 80s)! From recent bricks? Thanks
