The trick is... to alternate days. One day eat healthy.. the next eat whatever you want. But each day take some good vitamins or probiotics... Or you can mix one tablespoon of Napolina with Orange juice and drink it in the morning. You can also do a shot that's made up of .5oz of extra virgin olive oil and .5oz of fresh squeezed lemon juice and half a tsp of cayenne pepper.. mix well and take it first thing in the morning 30mins b4 you eat or drink anything. You will see a big improvement in energy. And because your body is getting all the right nutrient intake then your body burns the fat it needs to burn and uses the rest as fuel which is why you'll have so much extra energy.
