Palestine was never a state until the UN partition plan. Understandably, the plan was met with alot of resistance because it gave most of the land to the jews but Isreal gave many compromises that heavily favored Palestine that were shut down because they were greedy and wanted all of the land. The only time that it was Isreal that was rejecting a compromise was at the Oslo accords because they wanted East Jerusalem which Isreal had controlled for 40 years by that point. Most of this stuff is on wikipedia so perceive that source as you will. It wasn't and isn't their land by any means.

I did not mention any of the crimes committed by Israel recently, such as the use of white phosphorus on civilians after bombing their homes under the pretext that Hamas was hiding underneath them. Even journalists and doctors are not spared from their attacks, as they try to kill everything that exposes them.
