Thank you for this deeply beautiful documentary film! 💖 I just started to experience this marvellous embodied practice and can allready feel what is said in this documentary. What a delightful film Elsa! Congratulations to you and the film makers! It so ably demonstrates through the testimonials and your descriptions how profound transformation in participants can happen in sessions of Biodanza. I can vouch from my own experience of over 20 years, as well as a Co-Director of the London school, how many people regularly make huge jumps and let go of many emotional burdens. Many smaller steps also happen along the way. The Really Beautiful aspect of Biodanza is that those transformations happens through enjoying yourself, as the emotional blocks start to dissolve. The alternatives to dissolving our emotional baggage are systems like Hypnosis, Psychotherapeutic Shadow work etc. They also work, but often are very expensive and painful along the way. I often call Biodanza the 'Hidden Jewel in the Crown of Holistic Medicine'. Why? As an Acupuncturist and Tai Chi teacher of over 30 years, I know that those systems, which are much better known than Biodanza work very well. However Biodanza works in a gentle, pleasurable way, using wonderful music and delightful dances from around the world. No one is pressurised to do anything, until they are ready. What an absolute Treasure! Bravo, and thanks, for your beautiful and evocative film! xxx

I love Biodanza and I am always doing everything I can to bring more people to Biodanza, to be in touch with this precious "jewel" as you call it, I share the same opinion as you have! Does anyone know what song it is at the beginning and at the end (it’s the same)? The Song in the middle is another one, and only this one from the middle is listed in the Video Description. 😕 I tried it several with Shazam but didn‘t get the correct one. It would be Great of anyone Could help 🙏☺️
