Colorism is real! Now imagine being fat too😢 and A singer! I get it real hard here in kenya, i am below beauty standards but guess what! I pump myself! I am my biggest cheerleader! I look myself in the mirror and am like damn girlll you have killer thighs! But yes I have moments I cry behind the closed door, but when I get outside I serve smiles! It’s not easy in this industry! I have lost gigs and told to my face I am too fat and dark! Like my singing is not enough! I have to be sexualized to be Accepted! But I still push On.
